Stradabella Food Trucks

Great fish and shrimp tacos. Ingredients were fresh. Batter was perfect, good seasoningthe oregano adds a nice touch. Fried nicely, not greasy. And very reasonably priced.

These guys know what they are doing. I was blown away at the detail and amount of work they put into making this a pristine mobile kitchen. It was better than I could have imagined. If you need a professional build-out then these guys will over exceed your expectations.

Ive been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and without a doubt Stradabella Food Trucks and its leadership team Patrick and David are top notch, we have done business with them for over a decade and most recently they built a custom food trailer, we are 100% satisfied, I highly recommend.

I made a mistakes by going to food truck.builders first and they wanted to much money i had given them a deposit and when asked for a partial refund the owner went nuts and assaulted me knocking me down. The prices and services are great here and their nice.

We were having an electrical issue with our truck and they took care of it quickly and got us in and out. We appreciate their concern for our needs. Thank you for the attention to detail and the smiling service!!!
