I am always iffy about how someone handle my life situation attorneys drs, etc. In this case, I was in a accident while pregnant which my baby and I are ok THANK GOD, and I googled an attorney for personal injury and here I found Mr. Eric Stravitz. He will be straight forward and does not give a run around. Him and his team did an awesome job keeping touch checking on the baby and I and all. He fought for what we deserved. And of course we all were satisfied!!! He gets the job done it great amount of time and he’s almost always available which is a problem most people have with their attorneys. Don’t have one doubt that he isn’t the attorney for you. I thought I was fooled by the 5 stars but he have a right for them to keep going. I’m greatful!

Approximately two years ago I was hit by a car while on a bicycle ride. After picking up the police report and only seeing one side of what happened on the report I knew I needed help. I went to my State's bicycle advocacy group's webpage and found Eric listed as a supporter. After a phone call and a consultation meeting we agreed to move forward. There were no witnesses to the accident and the police officer never interviewed me, the odds were against us. Eric tracked down the insurance company of the at fault party, filed suit against the at fault driver, negotiated a very favorable settlement, worked with my insurance company for coverage of my medical bills and negotiated a reduction in the medical cost. Eric kept me informed throughout the process and covered all the bases. I am completely satisfied with his services and would gladly recommend him to friends and family if needed.

My law firm hired Eric Stravitz to serve as our Maryland local counsel to represent the plaintiff in a defamation action. Eric was very helpful both in terms of giving us color and guidance on local judges and procedures, and in ensuring that our filings conformed to local practice. Further, he argued a substantive dispositive motion on our client's behalf (opposition to motion to dismiss for forum non conveniens and motion to transfer venue) and obtained a favorable outcome. We would use him again.
