This is an amazing independent shop for golfers of all experience levels. Very beginner-friendly, and you wont find a more fairly priced location in the area! 10/10 recommend this being your first stop for a golf shop, before trying anywhere else.

I went in as a sort of beginner looking to buy a putter and some clubs for my wife. Vic was super helpful and the prices were insanely good. I will be a customer for life. 10/10

We were looking for a nice women’s set of golf clubs. Being new golfers they took advantage of our weakness. They sold us a men’s used set. Very disappointed about this group of older men selling golf items. You would at least expect for them to be honest.
Very nice staff, very informative. Extremely helpful with all the questions I had. Definitely would reccomend going in and checking them out. Even it is just for the banter.
Went in with 2 sets of irons that are worth at least $400 retail and was offered $40. I don't know if a pawn shop would have the balls to offer that. I had more than 100 just in the grips that were brand new. Go to Gerv's shop instead and save your time and $. He's a professional clubsmith for 35 years.
Great selection of new and used clubs. The staff is extremely helpful and Knowledgeable. Will most definitely give them my business in the future.
The gentlemen who work at the store are incredibly nice and helped my son pick out some golf clubs at an excellent price. We got him a full set of used clubs for half the price of Academy! For a growing boy that is epic!
