Strongsville Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library

The staff are unapproachable,intimidating, and condescending when asked questions/help. When you are working at front desk or customer service,you should know courtesy. Simple good morning, is really important. I said “hi,good afternoon” and her response seems like she doesn’t want to help or anything. Yes! This kind of worker needs seminar on how to be friendly and to know simple courtesy.

This is one of my favorite libraries to go to! They just finished renovating and it is absolutely awesome! Private study rooms, computer lab, kids section, on top of the free story times that my kids beg me to go to. The staff has always been more than willing to help with whatever you need!

Nice library. Good toddler story time at 11:30 on Thursdays & Tuesdays. Not the greatest kids play area, but it's decent. The woman who does the story time is great with kids. Every branch of the Cuyahoga library is always very clean and modern.

I like it but I wish there were more books in german (or any at all) so I could enhance my reading before my AP test and before I go to college. But it’s a great place to study with friends or alone

Poor service. These 'workers' are paid a lot of money and really have few skills PLUS many times there are more of them than patrons in the library. They surf and shop and get surly when you want some help. They need to be replaced by volunteers
