If you are forced to take school photos with this company, do yourself a favor and order online. Screenshot or print your transaction. Do not use the school provided order forms. The people taking the photos for this studio pockets the money... They need to spend more time making sure the students are in correct poses and picture ready. The money they ask for is a ripoff. But don't say we didn't give you money. That's no issue, but don't send my daughter home without a picture knowing we submitted the order... Save yourself some $. Photos off a 5 year old phone will produce better quality. Print them cheaper at a local Walmart, or Walgreen. That was the last transaction you'll pocket from us.
Do not work or shop here, ever. The photos are of mediocre quality and for the money, you can do a lot better. Speaking of money, they attempt to cut costs in any way possible to save a few cents. Data entry clerks work in warehouses that exceed 100 degrees F and do not get AC along with their computers. The management is incompetent and will do anything to stall for time and treats their employees like throwaway garbage. If you value honest work and high-quality photos, Studio 1 is more like Studio 0, Sears had better technology in the '90s.
My sons school used this company for school picture day. 1st off other companies send a sample picture of the student and I was not given that opportunity. I bought the school pictures via online. Got the pictures and my son hated it he was upset. First off they took the picture it looks like half way when my son was smiling. Come on you have the camera and able to go back and do a quick review. And I bought a not so cheap photo package.
Over multiple years Studio 1 has messed up my order and attempted to remedy the issue without any follow up. I did not receive pictures ordered and when I called, they claimed to have no record of the actual photo. I let them know that my child was first in line for the picture and they located it. Following this, I purchased a yearbook from the school and my child was not included. I was told they would reprint a yearbook and include my child’s picture and mail it out to me. He was also not included in the class picture even though Studio 1 had photographed him. I have never received the reprinted yearbook.
This company is awful! I order class pictures two years ago for my children and never received them. When I called them noone was able to help me. I do not recommend them. Hopefully the school can get a better photographer.
Highly disappointed with my child's school picture. If I could give zero stars that Is what I would give them. Who proceeds to take a child's picture with milk around my child's 5 year old mouth. As a parent that is messed up, I will inform the school of this once school is back in session from winter break. Studio 1, your response via text is generic and it's all about the money with you guys.
This the worst place and management every special that lady her name is nancy very rude she is not supposed to be a customer service rep or I don’t even know what she does I ordered 2 key chains for my first son and I received a dog tag I text them they answered they will be more then happy to send me what i ordered for free and asked for the info I sent them the info and then she called me saying we don’t have the key chain any more sorry for the inconvenience and I asked why I was not informed instead if guys sending me something I don’t want then she replied sorry we don’t have it ok fine thank you. Then again from my 2nd son order and this time Different School same story so I text again she answered ok if you want the key chain send us the dog tag and we will send you the key chain ??? Me what so you do have the key chain so why you send the wrong item send it by the post office why I will pay if this is you fault. She was like sorry for the inconvenience have good day. So now I want to make sure that no one will order from them because they are not going to get what they paid for and I will make sure the school knows and all my other friends that have the same company at there school to don’t order.
The photographer was super friendly and patient. He listened to what my son's vision was for his photos and made him feel like a model. He joked with us and made it a fun environment rather than just a boring school picture session. Thanks for making these memories for us.
Horrible service, ridiculous prices. Pictures horrible. Who decided to pick this studio must have a hook up. Never use them for photos, especially Senior photos. Photographers don't know how to pose the students, they kept touching my child hair when asked not to. They claim their 10% off discount is so wonderful, but really it's like "If you don't buy today you lose out on a whopping 10% for horrible photos". They claim you can keep coming g back for re-takes, but really who has that kind of time. Soooooo regret coming here. Horrible.
This place is horrible, school should do better researching a place for students graduating portraits. 1. Parking is almost non because they schedule maybe 11 for picture taking and another 11 for picture viewing. The waiting room very small for this many people specifically for those concern covid Seriously the prices are crazy expensive, you would think with the amount is paid would have done better. Well this is kinda force on Parents/Students. So it's kinda put up and shup up kinda deal.
