Studio for the Living Arts Dance Complex is located in the Greater Portland area in Gray, Me.

We are a professional dance studio that provides personalized dance training to both the recreational dancer as well as the serious student who is looking to train intensively.

Our faculty consists of 17 highly trained professionals who all excel in the disciplines they teach. The studio’s expansive weekly schedule provides over 60 diverse classes in Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Acro, Tumbling, Musical Theater, Acting, and Creative Movement.

The studio also houses the Dance Company “Pulse”, one of Southern Maine’s longest running and largest youth performing and competition ensembles. Pulse consists of 100 dancers from over 20 different towns and cities. Our curriculum also provides an elite prep program “PrePro” for dancers who are striving toward :
* a professional career in the industry
* pursuing dance degree programs in college
* becoming a choreographer / artistic director
* pursuing a career in theater, television work
* becoming a dance instructor or dance studio owner

Our studio address is 91 Portland Rd. in Gray. It’s location is at the intersection of state Routes 4, 26, 100, 115, 202 and the Maine Turnpike exit 63 - all providing quick and easy access to our Dance Complex.
