Studios 150

My review is more about the wonderful staff than about the space: I came in looking for a space to hold a table read about a week in advance. The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and friendly, and immediately made me feel at home. She looked at the schedule and had no availability, but called their sister location Studios353, and was able to book me a room there which, btw, was great!. I truly appreciated how she went the extra mile, and didn’t make me feel rushed or send me on my way to figure things out for myself. I truly have nothing but good things to say about both locations: they are affordable, accommodating, and their staff is welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them!

These studios are reasonably priced currently the elevator is broken and then you have to go up six flights but it's pretty good exercise. The neighbor on I believe it is the 4th floor is extremely rude and disrespectful and will shout and curse you if you make too much noise in the hallway instead of communicating in a polite manner she screams and shouts obscenities. albeit not a member or related to studios 150, it is a determining factor in whether I choose to return anytime soon.

Studios are a good size and clean. Great location. The staff is very nice. Only issue right now is that the elevator is out of order...and they are on the 6th floor!

Decent rehearsal space for what it is. This is am affordable option with the respective pianos and square footage you'd expect.

Reasonably priced rooms with a good location, helpful staff. The rooms are a bit hodgepodge and could definitely be cleaner
