Stumptown Park

Huge open grassy area with cement path around perimeter. The only true downside to this park is that it gets MUDDY. Two water spickets for the pups to rehydrate and several benches to sit and watch. For a free park, it's worth visiting at least once.

Went for Mathews Alive Festival it was awesome. Very nice.

Downtown Matthews, NC This is a very upbeat happy town. They have food truck rodeos quite often. I was there Labor Day weekend and it was 4 day festival. Lots of food to choose from and really good bands playing good music.

A great family place for festivals and concerts. Arrive early for best spot. Don't forget your chairs and blankets. Check event details ahead of time to determine what food and beverages are allowed.

This is so nice for a family day out or just to enjoy a beautiful day at the park. Alternating weekends throughout the summer they offer a movie outdoors or live music. Also places to grill out and enjoy the day

Great park! Never too crowded. A great place to go for a walk or jog!

Great park! Matthew's Alive festival is here annually during Labor Day weekend. It used to be called Stumptown Festival back when I lived in the area. Lovely hometown festival that the mere mention of it brings back such happy memories.

The food truck Fair with live music. Great time lots of families and small children. Great food everything you can imagine.
