We were there for the Summer 2023 launch today. We waited 1.5 hours to get in. It was well organized. Staff was helpful and I found some awesome pieces. Been wearing Stussy since 1992 and I'm 43 now and won't ever stop.
I wish i coould give a negative star. Very disappointing experience i had. Not helpful employees at all. All gathered and chatting or playing game on their phones. I saw why store phone number was never answered. Plus, Best of luck to get any attention for help in a tiny small space store with 4 employees. I was told what you see is what we have 5 times.Size/design/color/Anything Not sure why they even have this store to begin with then. Never planning to go back to this store nor shopping for this brand. Placed an online order instead. Shockingly, It came in the box look like a used clothes dumped into the box. Obviously, returned. In store &online shopping both shockingly terrible
This place is ridiculous. It’s 20 degree outside and they only let 4 people in at a time. The line is 45 mins long and the store is not attempting to adjust this ridiculous policy. None of this make sense and it’s just business not trying to accommodate based on the situation.
For people who really don't know what good quality is. The sleeves on the down jacket could be longer. What makes me disappointed is that the jacket doesn't have a loop for hanging.
After 90 minutes doing a line on the street, it wasn't avaible any size of anything. People working on the store were not so helpful so the experience visiting this place was quite frustrating, so Im sure it's better buying online. There's no sense in spending all that time to get in and then everything was sold out.
Found it shuttered after walking a fair distance to get here. No sign on door; just locked up with brown paper on the windows. Google profile still indicates it's open even though it's not. Would have thought a brand like this would stay better on top of their digitals!
Ridiculous, we travelled quite a distance to get to this store to discover it closed still. Kind waiter at the nearby cafe informed us that they’ve been closed for a month and people keep coming everyday to be disappointed. Why not update Google Maps?? Obviously that’s what visitors are gonna look at. Treating customers disrespectfully as a brand, did not expect that. Don’t even feel like ordering online anymore.
I just wanna thank Diego for making sure my wife and I’s experience was good. Took care of us when we walked right in and pulled up on us to make sure we taken care of. Got me the sizes I need and make sure we good at the check out. Appreciate you Diego.
Drove 90 minutes because they were open only to find a piece of paper notice of renovation for the summer. They could have at least changed the hours online to notify customers.
Horrible reliability and terrible customer service. Store was supposed to open at 12pm - saw two team members waiting outside for the manager to open the store. The manager came strolling in at 1.40pm with no sense of urgency. The staff who was waiting walked in and then with a line of 10 customers waiting outside had the audacity to make us all wait for a further 6 minutes. How long does it take to turn the lights and music on? Definitely not 6 minutes. No urgency or care given. Manager came in and was just on his phone. So bad. Needs better management and training. Edit: we waited all that time to finally get in there and my husband bought 3 shirts. He was quick and asked the employee for an XL in a style that he liked. We get to the hotel and the staff member gave him a SMALL. And to make matters worse it was the manager who gave it to him. Absolutely terrible. Super disappointed and honestly did not want to give a cent to the store. Get your act together.
