Valerie was wonderful. She really cleaned up my "Covid Haircut", paying great attention to detail in her work. My hair is very big and unruly, but she braved it without intimidation. SA's new space is mod and pleasant, welcoming staff, great price for the quality of care.Services: Haircut
i usually go here a couple time a year and in the past i’ve had no issue. last year i decided to take a plunge and get my bangs cut and the lady who did that did an amazing job , and i loved the way they looked. i decided to get them touched up and get a trim about a week ago. i expressed from the start how particular i was about my hair and how much i liked my haircut and told them to just trim it to look like the photo i showed. not taking any more hair than was already cut. i showed them so many pictures of my cut as well as the exact same reference photo. well i got sat down and started on my hair wash when they told me they couldn’t do my hair right then because they forgot they had an appointment scheduled for that exact time. which is fine i guess but the girl that replaced my in initial dresser didn’t seem too interested in listening to what i wanted. she took of a little more from the ends than i wanted which is fine maybe my hair was just super dead but the real frustrating part was what she did to my bangs. i asked for a light little blend into my already existing face frame, kinda like a fringe, but she cut whole chunks of hair off. i don’t even know what she was thinking when she did that. it’s like a straight line at my jawline. to make it worse, it’s not even on both sides, one side has more cut off than the other and it looks so terrible. i expressed this to her and she tried to fix it but it just made it worse. i left the shop ready to cry because, like i said, i’m very particular about my hair. i don’t think i’ll be returning because this is the second time i’ve gotten a haircut who’s result is way to far from what initially wanted. i really do not like the way it looks at all and i’m waiting for it to grow out so i can go somewhere to get it fixedServices: Haircut
Good prices and I have been getting consistently great haircuts with even having difficult hair.
Went there for a simple haircut. Was told I would have an hour wait. The problem was there was nobody waiting and two stylists standing around doing nothing. Was obvious they didn’t want to just give a haircut. Went to Supercuts and they were great.would highly recommend anyone looking for a haircut to go anywhere else but here. The staff is super friendly and experienced and they have stylists that specialize is all of the different services on the menu. They fixed my color that had gone wrong at a different salon and the prices are really affordable for the upscale quality of services you'll receive!
We went here to get my fiance's hair fixed after a stylist at Great Clips butchered it. Lorraine did a great job. We will be coming back here for our haircuts
I always call ahead and schedule a appointment. I have gone there for the past 12 years and will only see Cynthia , she's the manager. She is always so nice, I really trust her when it comes to my hair. She has fixed my hair when I had gone to someone else, thats how I met her. She really is the star at that business! You have to wear a mask but, hair came out perfectly as always. It really is better to have a appointment anyway, no waiting. In and out in 30 mintues.
My visit here was one bad experience after another. The stylists here do not listen to what you want and while I understand they have to use their own judgment to reject certain requests, they refused to follow the reference photo I gave without communicating their intentions to do so. I came in to get a haircut and color and while the haircut turned out great, the color turned out nothing like what I had asked for in my reference photo. I felt bad about returning for a re-do, but the end result was just too far from what I had wanted. I came in the following week to get a re-do from a different stylist, but she also would not listen to what I wanted. I showed her the same photo I showed the first stylist and explained I wanted some highlights removed but she only darkened the highlights, which were still clearly visible. So she dyed my hair for the 3rd time to remove the highlights but she went ahead and dyed the ENTIRE top layers of my hair black. Frustrated, I explained my experience to corporate and they said they'd issue me a full refund. But when I arrived at the salon they only gave me a partial refund of the visit and the manager was dismissive and rude. She did not understand the difference between my hair looking "not bad" as opposed to "what I asked for." During my visit here I stayed polite and respectful, and never criticized the stylists' work... I wish I could forget I ever came here.
Booked an appointment at 430 only to get here and be told she is not sure why I was aloud to do that because they have 4 more people ahead of me. The woman who "greeted" me and told me this was beyond rude about the whole thing. I get it might have been a system error but there was no need for such rude behavior. If this is any indication of how they run this location I will not be getting my hair cut here.
