Best shoe store experience EVER! I’ve been having the worst plantars fasciitis pain for a long time. It’s finally gotten to the point where I had to do something to correct it. So a friend recommended Fleet Feet to me. Clayton assisted me today. He was VERY knowledgable & very nice! He scanned my feet & then brought me a pair of Hokas & Brooks. I loved them both so much & it was so hard to choose. But I went with the Hokas, & got some insoles for my high arches. Clayton also suggested some Oofos sandals. They felt AMAZING compared to the Crocs I had been wearing. Fleet Feet was definitely a game changer! & I WILL be back for more shoes. Thank yall for what you do. & thank you, Clayton! I will recommend you guys to anyone & everyone.

Did not have to wait long to be seen. Provider was excellent and knowledgeable. I found out I have been waring shoes 1/2 - 1 size too small. If you have having feet trouble please make a visit!

Very cool service this shoe store offers. I'd never been to one before, but my Husband began having foot pain related to being on his feet for 12+ hours daily as a Nurse. They did the foot scan and recommended shoes and insoles based on his scan. The shoes recommended were ones that we could purchase elsewhere for cheaper, but the service received and the insoles were worth it. Ryan was absolutely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't feel rushed at all and he answered all our questions in expert fashion. Definitely recommend!!

The lady was so helpful to my wife, after several pairs tried, settled on the Hoka's, thank you. Second time there and had another wonderful person, really great head on her shoulders about training and was a great help!! Helped me find a good pair of running shoes that was a brand I have used before but was not looking at this time. Thank you!

The rep Adrianspelling at your Metairie, La location was absolutely fantastic! I came in with an idea of what to buy but she provided so much information and hands on assistance, that I left fully confident in the shoes that I purchased. She was attentive and assuring, and as a new runner it calmed me. She is a treasure for that store.

I am in love with Fleet Feet. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and so very friendly. These are qualities that you don’t find very often in todays world. I will be back there as soon as the holidays are over.
