Suave Sabor

This establishment has been very disappointing in my experience, I just tried to place a order via Uber Eats and the app said it was closed. I called the location directly and the very rude lady with the "not my problem" attitude did not even have the brain power to comprehend the situation, even with me speaking to her in her native tongue (Portuguese). I would like to point out that I have had several problems with this eatery for the past 3 years minimum with a 70% average of bad service. Not to mention the food itself has been getting worst and worst. I honestly don't know why I've even tried to order food from them after the first 5-7 times. To summarize this review, I'd say to just eat elsewhere, and I hope they fix the recurring issues they have.

So apparently no one there speaks English. I called to ask a question about an order I was going to place and the gentleman asked me if I could speak to him in Portuguese or Spanish because they didn't speak English smdfh. Thankfully I speak Spanish not that it helped whatsoever. I ordered spaghetti with tomato sauce and a condensed milky dessert to be delivered. They instead gave me lasagna with these huge slices of ham in it and a hideous cheese which tasted like garbage and to boot they couldn't even get the dessert right because they gave me flan instead which I don't eat. I don't know about the rest of the food here because I didn't get what I ordered but the food I did get was absolutely disgusting. I don't recommend this place to anyone especially since it seems they cater best to Portuguese speaking people and not everyone as a whole.

I placed an order for pickup through Grubhub. After arriving to the restaurant thirty minutes later, it takes 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. Once I inquire about my order, they inform me that there was no order because their printer was out of ink. It was going to take another 20 minutes just to get a sandwich. They definitely need better customer service. I left with no sandwich and took my business to Hamburgao.

Food is good but the service is terrible. I ordered and it took TWO HOURS for the food to arrive. My sandwich was already cold. I called to ask where my food was and it took 6 attempts for someone to actually answer the phone to only tell me "yea we're busy you just gotta wait". service is an embarrassment.
