Terrible service used to be the go to spot to get a good car wash, not anymore. You'd do better going to a $3 car wash. The black guy working the register needs to attend a customer service course.
Not to kick a business when they are down, hopefully the negative reviews will be a motivator. The first contact person appeared annoyed so I was apprehensive. I wish I would have trusted my instincts to pull off! A second person appeared and began to assist with he service. Turns out the second person also operates the register while cleaning cars. There was a third person, I didn't observe what they did. At his point anyone would know this most likely will not end well. The person that services car and the register was mostly doing their best but I finished their work on the interior. I was not expecting detailing level of service but for almost $30 I was expecting not to see hand prints on the sun roof not my own, crumbs and dust on the dash. I basically donated this money to a depressed business. Wish it could have gone to a highschool fundraising car wash. Never again.
This car wash is now under new ownership/management. I gave it a 4 star rating only because the employee's did a good job washing my car. The new owners/managers should work on their customer service a little bit. They weren't nasty but they didn't smile, one gentleman didn't even acknowledge me when I came to the window to pay. Too busy playing on his phone. They just looked like they didn't care. How you treat customers is important to keep and stay in business. The previous owners new that.
Under new ownership and are doing a good job. Highly recommended.
I visited this place for the first time and they were supposed to do an interior vacuum. It’s sad that people can run business like this and to offer for the same people is ridiculous who didn’t do it right the first time. I wouldn’t ever go back here, I don’t care how chilly it is, I’ll be vacuuming myself from now on. These pictures are after the service was supposedly done
I haven’t been to this car wash in a number of month but have been a customer for decades. The car wash was pretty good. Couldn’t use a coupon from the ones my husband had given me but with a change in ownership I understand. While I was waiting for my car to be finished, an employee/manager came thru to vent about customers coming in too fast and not paying attention to his sign. I get it but totally unprofessional while customers are sitting right there. JMOServices: Polishing
I was charged $16.61 for a car wash where I had to ask them to please clean my front window inside. He rudely told me that wasn't his job and he didn't have time. Only one car behind me. He fussed at me saying he don't take demands. I told him that was not true because I said please. He wiped off the drivers side and got out. His attitude was totally unprofessional and demeaner was appalling. Never will go back there.
New ownership doesn’t allow standard 1500 series trucks anymore… if they didn’t know, a majority of vehicles sold in United States are lightweight trucks. Good job buying an existing business and alienating the existing customers you bought it for. I expect the place to be another closed car wash very soon.
Workers weren’t rude but no one returned my greeting and the cashier answer a question I asked. I was very familiar with Suburban Car Wash since my ex- husband managed it for many years when it was owned by Mr & Mrs Miller.during that time the staff were friendly and made sure your vehicle was finished perfectly. Before this visit I was there in 1977, so I was shocked at the level of service I received.
Best in city. Been coming for years. Can’t say enough.
