This location does not accept coupon offers that were mailed to me living just blocks away. And it does not accept app promo codes that are clearly available in the app. Fine print makes it legally not false advertising, but that’s pretty bad business practice. So fair warning to take your coupons elsewhere. Don’t fall for the bait and switch.
I visited this subway last week during my KY trip. Very friendly, clean & well organised place. During our lunch time I got some time to talk with new owner of this subway. He’s very friendly & it’s under new ownership now with new vision. Definitely visit again in future.

When I politely told the guy behind the counter that the way he wearing his mask with his nose uncovered was ineffective, he told me I could leave. I feel like anyone handling another person's food should be trying to go above and beyond to ensure customer safety. Plus, the way he reacted was very rude. Never going back. Anyone who cares about safety or customer service should try another location.
Very horrible experience. Was not greeted with a smile or hello. Was told they have no meat due to an expection. After purchasing my son's food was told we was not allowed to eat inside and was given a very nasty attitude. Sodas are also very watered down. Bread was very stale
Ugh...owner taking orders from customers is never good, seemed judgmental on my last 3 orders. Subway is what you expect, no issues with food, get what you pay for in this business. No reason for a low point value.
Went there tonight. Young lady was terribly rude. Clearly hated her job. I got a steak and cheese. She didn’t measure the steak with the scoop like they always do. Didn’t fill my sandwich with meat. Then when I asked her to please add more meat to the part of my sandwich that didn’t have any she sighed and rolled her eyes. I definitely will not be going back to this Subway.
