Subway

Excellent food excellent service as always. The gentleman who was my sandwich artist was especially helpful. I chose the sweet onion chicken teriyaki but used ranch instead of the sweet onion sauce. Kind of a nice twist. This location is just south of Minnesota Avenue and Russell Street. Except for lunch time it's hardly ever busy there so there's almost no waiting. And I'm pretty sure they gave you an extra cookie for no charge today. I would highly recommend this little known location!

Went there to order a meatball sub with extra cheese but I got this sorry excuse. I've order from other subways before an know what to expect. This looks like they had the death grip on the bread then over toast it. Plus I didn't get extra cheese like I asked for an only three meatball. Not going here again.

We were in less than ten minutes ago. Went inside. Got a foot long oven roasted chicken breast and a foot long chicken bacon ranch. It was nothing but attitude from the little boy that was working the front. First he tried to argue with me that the chicken bacon ranch melt doesn’t get more cheese I’ve managed a subway so I think I’d know since it was the first sandwich subway ever did that with than charged us for the extra cheese. When making the oven roasted I asked if they had any spinach since line was empty and he made it seem like it was a task to grab spinach from under the cooler. Never made eye contact. Always was rude whenever addressed for anything with the sandwiches. Sorry but your employees are suppose to be more friendly with such a hands on environment and I didn’t receive that. The gentlemen in the back with the tattoos who’s new is great though! Should have him in the front more!

Life is complicated, maybe not so much. Came here to eat and tried to use my subway rewarding gift card. I guess there was $10. My total was $8.57 . The card wouldn’t go trough, it gave card reader error. They’ve tried hard different ways. There wasn’t any customers behind me waiting, but one of employees, young lady run to register and pulled her card and paid for my meal. It was real surprise, i kinda stopped thinking for the moment,I didn’t know what just happened and why she wanted to pay for me. The store kept my card. Later that nice lady went by me and I asked her why did you do that, she replied— because of kindness. I was stumbled about situation still,that I don’t think I said thank you to her. So here’s my Thank you! You are great! I feel like I’ll have to buy that store now.

Had only 2 people working during a lunch hour. I waited 25 mins to get a sandwich made. Then out of no where the manager and another employee walk in carrying 1 box each complaining about the line,which was now wrapper around the store and the drive through,which was wrapped around the building. And while paying for my meal an employee mentioned their inventory was way off thats why the manager and employee had left. Save the time and headache an go to the one off 12th an kiawanis

The servers here are quick enough. You won't have to wait too long on your sub. Eating space itself is kept quite clean and the same could be said regarding their bathrooms. Overall, a satisfactory lunch experience.

Big fan of the subs, the ingredients are always fresh, and everything was good overall. Prices were relatively reasonable. The only reason I only give it 4 stars is that the soda from the machine tasted weird. I suspect there wasn't enough syrup in the machine.

Visiting from out of town and had a craving for a Subway pizza, loaded thru the garden is my favorite. The lovely lady working was sweet, friendly, and top notch service. She had never had a pizza order other than plain cheese, but she nailed it and was easy to chat with in the drive thru. Thank you for the comfort food!

Not sure of I just went there at a bad time but the staff looked like they hated being there, and had no emotion left to show. No employer should create an environment that would cause employees to act like that. Very sad. Kind of ruined my day. The sandwich was sad too. Overall I'd rate the experience as upsetting/10.

HORRRIBLE EXPERIENCE . The boss maranda was very rude to employee and us the consumer. She was making rude comments the whole time, such as I asked if she had pizza and she rudely replied yup and then went to the back and grab a frozen pizza and turned to her employee and said in a nasty tone you guys never pull pizzas, the whole time she was rude I hads patience and honestly understood her irration until I asked for more black olives and was told noand made the comment I'm the boss and I follow the rules and I told her she was being rude and tolstarted yelling at me and told me it was her store and I can't go to cooperatand woyldntwouldn't yelleyell me her name. Very very rude
