I want to say I been going to subway for over about 14-15 years of my life and I can tell you this by far the best one if you get Taylor she will take care of you nothing but the best customer satisfaction and just great over all might go as far as to start a conversation I go every Saturday morning to get in on the best because she always there that's how much I go there I absolutely love it and jump up when she is there because I know my sub will be done right. Just overall a great experience!!!!!
This was my first visit back to any Subway location after not eating Subway for several years. But after this visit I realized I should have never visited any Subway again. We get their coupons all the time in the mail so I figured, why not use one of these? Ordered off the app using a promo code from the mailer. It was about 8pm and we were starving, and it said they are open til 9. We arrived just before 8:30 only to find the door locked, yet the Open sign was on. My order was accepted in the app, so we were confused because most places stop accepting mobile orders by certain times if they are closing soon. After knocking on the window for about 2 mins a woman came from the back, unlocked the door and said something to the effect of “Is this you?” pointing at an order on the to-go shelf. I said yes and asked if they are closed, because it says online they close at 9. She said yes, and then “we live in a world where these things happen, it’s not personal or anything”. Years ago I used to work at the Aurora mall and it was always a mess before closing time…so I understand that you want to do your closing routine early so you can actually leave when the store closes. But all we have to do is walk in, grab food and leave. If you don’t want to interact with us, fine, but why lock the door? Seems like the “fast casual” type restaurants in this area in general are declining. Clearly a sign to stick with supporting local if we’re gonna eat out!
It’s a solid subway location. It’s a bit small but not a lot of indoor seating. However, if you’re looking for a sandwich, this place gets the job done. More power to the employees for their work!
Horrendous customer service!!! Walked in to order 7 sandwiches , there was no one else in the store and the big guy with the red nasty beard behind the counter said he couldn't make them because he was by himself and had messed up an order previously. So he could not follow directions to make each sandwich? So instead of ordering we took our business elsewhere. This Subway is declining like a the others in the area. Having incompetent people makes you lose business!!!
This store online said it opened at 8:30 so I placed my order and it said it will be ready by 8:55. I get here and the door says opens at 9. At 9 still locked and I see a lady inside cleaning. She looks at me and I wave hi, she just looks away and continues cleaning and goes to the back. Now I need to dispute the charge to get my money back because I don’t know when they plan to open. This is on the 10th of September 2022.
Ordered online so that I can go pick it up on my lunch break. When I went to pick it up, the lady who was there told me they never received the order. I told her I was charged for it and went to show her, and as I’m talking to her, she walks away, and proceeds to sweep the floor, and tells me if I place the order, it will come mind you, I had placed it about 30 mins prior. When I realized she was not interested in helping me, I decided to just dispute the charge with my bank later, so I order there either way since I was not gonna have enough time to go somewhere else, and she was hesitant to make my order and continue to sweep and told me to hold on. I’m not sure if I’d come back to this location. I DONT recommend.
Fresh veggies and the sandwich is delicious. Staffs were welcoming and the place is clean.
I arrived to this location and was greeted by a hand written note that says "be right back" I wait 10 mins before I get curious. So I start reading others reviews for this location. Saw a lot of people complaining about cigarette smoke smell. So I have time and walk around back. Sure enough theres a lady standing right on the inside of the door and blowing the smoke out of the cracked door. So now im dumbfounded not only have I've been here for 20 mins but she was still smoking. Highly unsanitary, will never visit this location again.
Great customer service,the lady that was working was working by herself and even though there was quite a line, she was personable and friendly and didn't rush me as I wasn't sure what I wanted. It was fresh and made just the way I liked it. For such a young lady she showed remarkable patience. You found a gem subway don't let her go
I am disgusted by this Subway. As an experienced Sandwich Artist for 3+ years, visiting this location is a pure disappointment due to the lack of pride the staff takes in their customer service, presentation and preparation of sandwiches. They are untrained on how to make a sandwich to formula and it will turn out as a SLOPPY MESS every time. I've worked nearby for years and have never had a good experience with this location. I keep trying because I think that it couldn't possibly be as bad as my previous experience. Unfortunately, the bar is lowered each time I try. Ask management for the cheesy training videos, they are a great help!
