Sandwiches are good, and the wait is never too long. Prices are a bit high but it seems I spend $12-15 per person at most take-out restaurants. We like this Subway and will keep eating here.
Came in to order on 12/24 - associate was disrespectful and disgusting ,service was horrible to be a customer on my break with no one in line to be told I had to wait 20 minutes. I’m on my break that’s awful and clearly she had an issue is it my race because she treated the white group prior to me with no issue and then I come in line and she treats me that and then to lie and be like she’s a manager if that’s your manager what does that say about your business I’ve been managing over 10 years that’s awful service and needs to be address and corrected thank you
I ordered online and it said 730 pickup but got to the store and the door is locked with nobody in it. Nobody is answering the phone either so I'm a little confused? Edit: The lady came back about 7 min after and was nice, glad overall.
Rude staff, they gyp you on the fillings and meat, also does not take Subway coupons.
Two minute walk to get from Coolidge Corner station to subway. Restrooms are for paid customers only.
Don't bother coming here during lunch time. There is always ONE person working, and they will focus on online orders first before people waiting in line. The guy who is always working alone is always really nice, but come on. Hire more people.
The worst experience. I ordered online and went to pick up the order at the pickup time. I told the staff that I'm here to pick up the order. She waved at me to wait, while she kept on working other people's orders totally ignoring me. I asked her again after 10 mins if my order was ready, she said you have to wait since there are other customers, I told her that it was supposed be ready 10 mins back, she took another 5 mins to give me my order. I got a $30 ticket, while she made me wait.
Got my order fully wrong. Missing meats that I paid for, missing veggies, anyways! I did get a response from management saying that they sometimes experiment in the kitchen and thats why there were things missing..how about you dont experiment with items a customer paid for?
Ordered from subway through ubereats. The breads weren't right but that may be because they ran out. But they forgot to toast the breads and one was missing cheese that the other one had. And they added jalapenos in one of them.
left us standing there for 10 mins without a word as she walked by to use bathroom?? Did not wash hands after. Worst subway ever. Why can't subway invest in its staff? Pay better? Such a good product and they're all closing... leaving the worst open.
