I'm not one to post but I'm literally floored with what we experienced. My granddaughter is or maybe now was a subway fan. She's 8 and doesn't eat meat on her subway but we were told tonight we could not buy a sandwich without meat on it! I literally thought it was a Joke until the customer in front of us said they refused him as well. He was picking the meat off and throwing it in the trash as we walked out. I have no words or understanding of this. They had 2 employees and they both confirmed won't sale a sandwich without meat. My granddaughter is so confused since she eats subway 2-3 times per week. Never again at this location!
Placed online order and sandwich was wrong. It was horrible. They dumped a pile of pepper on my sandwich, no cheese, no oil, no mayo. The owner argued with me that they sandwich was made correctly and wanted me to bring the sandwich back so she could show me the cheese. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!
Absolutely horrible service. I placed an order for two sandwiches and they managed to mess up both of them horribly. Do not bother wasting your money at this location. My husband even went to get them to remake the sandwiches and they still almost messed up again, on both of them. They’re clearly very incompetent and should not own/work there. Absolutely disgraceful.
Went in to this location and is settled in the heart of several businesses. I had a coupon and my coworker did as well. Seperate transactions but only one of us could leave the office to get lunch. After i was there inline ordering sandwiches of 2 seperate orders the rude lady at the registered said hey only one coupon per person!! i said i have to seperate orders one for me and another for said coworker, she would not let me use the coupon!!! on 2 seperate orders!!!! how ridiculous is this!!! she was rude and then started to talk in another lanuage about me to her coworker!! they are rude and unprofessional!!!! will never go back nor will my company!!!! yall lost lots of money and several customers!!
Really sad service. When I walked in all three employees working stared at me and not one of them said hello to me. They had online order sandwiches everywhere, on top of the trays of toppings and pans. When making my sandwich I’m pretty sure the meat he put on kept touching the pan another sandwich was on. A piece of turkey fell on top of another container and he threw it back in its bin which is disgusting. The employees do not pay attention to what toppings you are asking for and have to re ask you multiple times. I provided a picture of my cookies with the messy, grease drenched bag they provided. Would not recommend this subway.
Just ordered 2 subs from there and I won't be getting I anymore ever!!! My sub had someone else's hair in it!!! Gross gross grossFood: 1/5

I used to very much like this subway but things has definitely changed . Tried to get a sandwich at about 6pm and was told no bread , person barely knew any English, and this actually was my 3rd stop at a subway trying to get a sandwich , finally went with chick FIL a. So disappointing I going to try one more subway next time bc their Americans in one that I have found and they have all the breads. If that one changes I just got to firehouse or another company when I want a sub. So sad
Employee stopped making my sandwich and began sweeping and picking stuff off the floor. My open sandwich is sitting on the counter waiting for my selections of toppings .... and he's sweeping? I'm standing there wondering why he just left my open sandwich sitting there .... Another employee who was ringing up another purchase finished making my sandwich. The music inside that Subway was loud and nothing like what I would ever choose to listen to...... One star.
Never been to a Subway where they limited me to 6 pickles and charged me 50¢ for 6 more pickles. Never going back to this location. And spinach doesn't mean two.
