I ordered on my app and then proceeded inside to make sure they made my order correctly. They were busy but seemed very eager not to mess up my order. But they did. I do not understand why every time I order the Boss no one puts the mozzarella on it. Unreal. I also wanted my extra meet and cheese on the turkey sub on the side...nope. My first time at this one. I just want my order made correct once.
they didn't give us the chips and drinks for our kidsmeal and automatically gave there self a tip it was the big girl and the skinny red head. They said we didn't pay it after "voiding it" but it showed payed on our checking account. They called the cops on us and banned us. Not to mention how she yelled at us for them giving themselves a tip
They regularly get my order wrong, and I order there practically every Wednesday. Even when they get it right, there's a good chance I'm getting a soggy mess with barely any lettuce. Basically, I'd say if you want subway, go elsewhere. Between the grumpy employees and poor sandwich making abilities, it's just not worth visiting this location. Spend your hard earned money anywhere else.
The subways. Would have been a little better. The ONLY staff member that was working behind the counter seemed overwhelmed and over-worked. I usually LOVE Subway, but the attitude of the staff member was discouragingFood: 3/5
Jesus… The past three times I’ve been here, I have waited longer than 20 minutes to even order! This crew can’t handle more than one order at a time. Got here in the drive through at 1211 pm and it’s now 1230 pm. I’m sitting at the speaker and there was only one car in front of me. Still, not a single person has got on this speaker to greet me or take an order. Inside had four people total. Third times a charm. I won’t ever come to this one again.
The food tasted and looked great. The staff Lillie, Amanda, and Abe were very friendly and ensured I was well taken care of. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Thank you for the pleasant experience on my way home to Parkersburg.
I had the cops called on me and was told not to come back because I ask about unauthorized charges on my debit card everyone please check your receipt they are adding on extra charges and tips
I've always enjoyed this Subway, but now that I know they supposedly discontinued oven roasted chicken breast, yall definitely lost a customer. Why discontinue something most of the customers yall get eat it? Wonder how much yalls funds are gonna go down...
I like a lot of lettuce, and spinach on my turkey sub. She put Very little of both... I felt sorry for her, because she was the only employee there.Food: 5/5
Have ordered from the app at this store numerous times but for whatever reason this time I was refused the order. The staff didn't know the store address and continued to insist that I was at the wrong store to the point I called the store from the subway app. At which point they just said I needed to speak to their manager another time. How to lose $30? Buy off the app for pick up at this location. Hard pass.
