Service is quick and staff is friendly. Walking in is a little confusing due to the location of the Subway inside the building. Food was great and pricing reasonable.

Well, SUBWAY. This place was in the basement of the building. A super lively place. I went to the store around the closing time i.e., 7.00 pm. Well, I was disappointed as the place was very crowded, they were running low on inventorybread, chicken, etc., and the cashier was a bit arrogant.
The food was good and all but the line staff was rude. My partner does not eat pork and has several food allergies. When asked to change her gloves, one of the employees granted she complied began making fun and complaining in Spanish to the other employees. Making my partner and I uncomfortable. I asked in Spanish if there was a problem to which the employee stated there was none but then moved her position to not finish our sandwich leading another employee to finish the order.
They have a slicer on the counter with advertising, but taking meat out of the counter table to make the sandwich and the slicer wasn’t even plugged up
This location is in the basement of an office building in Downtown DC. I like the location because it's kinda hidden even with the awning. Their main customers are the office workers which is great. Most of them took their lunch back to the office which leaves us non workers a place to sit and eat. Quiet atmosphere and cold A/C
Good is good, plenty of seats except try to avoid eating there between 12:15pm and 1pm due to the noon lunch rush hour. I recommend taking lunch at 11:30am or at 1pm to avoid the big crowds here and others restaurants. Some of the employees need better customer service skills and need to stoo talking negatively about customers in foreign languages such as Spanish.
Don't be rude to their staff! A lot of tourists stop here on their way to one of the nearby hotels. Remember your manners! My food was fresh & service was prompt. The guests that came in after me were so rude.
I never been given so much attitude and then charge full price when the female manager messed up my order will not be going back ever again... a block and a half South is the other one it's much better service
