Ahnev was the brightest person to ever take my order at subway. I had the best experience here rather anywhere else. They made my weird order perfectly and I couldn’t be more happy with him making my sub.
Loved the hot peppers on my Italian BMT with no mayo just vinegar and oil., lettuce, tomato, lots of onion and pepper jack cheese.
The location is nice. The restaurant is clean, but the staff is inattentive, and was more worried about having a conversation than actually helping the customers. I had to repeat myself multiple times to different people and not because i said everything at once but beavis l because they simply were not paying attention. When i was leaving i over heard another customer complaining he wanted his bread toasted first but them not paying attention the started making his sandwich.... this staff needs some serious training i will not be returning to this establishment!
Would not recommend! Ordered a sandwich thru DoorDash the other day. I have been sick since then stomach bubbling going to the bathroom nonstop. smh

I'm So Upset I Go To This Location On The Regular On Silver Hill Rd In Maryland Off Marlboro Pike ,First The Man Upset I Did Not Greet Him Which I Did I Had My Mask On,He Ask Me To Remove I Declined.Long Story Short He Called Me A " MONKEY" And Proceeded To Jump Up And Down At the Counter.I Did Not Get His Name Short Guy With Glasses .I Will Never Patronize This Location Ever Again. PLEASE BOYCOTT I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING THEY WERE SAYING.Calling Us "THEY" It Was Only Melanin In The Line .DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

The sandwich technician was attentive and pleasant. The store is always clean The only quam, is they should change their gloves after handling utensils such as trays for bread and tray for heating pizza, and knives.
I hope this review saves some of you time and trouble. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this location. There was a promotion to buy one sub/ get one free. So we ordered two subs online in advance hoping to take advantage of this promotion. The employees working on 06/13/2020 between 2:30-3:30pm, a man and woman, treated me and my grandchildren very badly with no signs of empathy or respect. They did not want to give my two grandchildren their free subs, although we paid for two. The employees were extremely rude and refused my refund despite trying to cancel the order. Even my efforts to rectify my order to receive the promotion was denied. The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced during this pandemic. I hope whomever reads this review has customer service training for the employees at this location to promote better service. I will not return to this location and would not recommend to anyone. The subs and experience both left a bad taste.
