Never going here again. Considering I work in food as well I’m pretty understanding, but this was just frustrating. Don’t accept coupons and don’t provide just a cup for water. Went to take a seat in the dining room, and it was closed an hour before the store closes with nothing posted saying so. Got home to eat my sub and it was mid at best. Take the time to go to any other subway but this one.
Horrible experience. First off it smells musty which is no surprise since their health score is in the 80s Service was incredibly slow and the two women working the front were extremely rude. I literally had to say good afternoon 4x just to be acknowledged and there was no one else in line. The young lady who rung me up barely said a word, kept forgetting my order, and watched me like a hawk as a went to get my chips and drink after paying. Almost as if she thought I outdo steal a $1 bag of chips. Never again
This was the worst experience I have ever had any Subway. I ordered ahead and they did not make my sandwich the way that I wanted. Apparently if u get one of the new subs, u cant change any toppings add or remove. I paid 11$ for a sandwich and I cant omit something. The guy there was rude, he called me crazy, and laughed in my face. I will never order from there again. Im just disappointed how I was treated.
I have never been to a subway that charges extra for toppings or tells customers PINK LETTUCE IS FRESH!!! I told her I didn't want pink lettuce and she starts mumbling something I know is rude. I tell her to eat it and leave. Ice on the meat trays disgusting!
Horrible customer service. Unable to add condiments of your choice even if you ask to pay for the condiments, when did subway become I tell you the way you get your sub. This place needs to remove the subway brand off this building.
We came in wanting a platter for a party and she was sooo nice and professional and got the job done pronto… neat work and fresh everything
They are disrespectful and could care less about their customers! They also claim that they don't accept coupons, so please be mindful of that! I left my order with them to decide what to do with it because they were not getting my money, while offering less than mediocre service!
Yo! Do not approach this subway if you want a custom sandwich. The whole staff was rude, and did not want to deviate from what the board said. I really didn’t even want to give them one star.
I placed a mobile order for this location by accident. This was not the location I meant to choose. When I called the store, a woman answered the phone. I informed her that I accidentally chose the wrong location for my mobile order. She proceeded to say to me very rudely “Ma’am…we already fixed your order.” I apologized to her and told her that I was no where near that location. As I was speaking, she said “Ok.” And hung up in my face. I never got the chance to ask her about my money being refunded to my debit card. I tried calling back several times to find out how long it would take for my money to be refunded, but all I got was a voicemail and no answer. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Just makes me so glad that I did not spend my money there at this location now.
This lady would not remember anything I said 3 second after I told exactly in a loud voice what I specifically wanted and then toasted it with my condiment last on it mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, tomato, spinach, etc. then the man checking me out took 10 minutes to ring me up and almost forgot my drink and questioned me grabbing a cup even though I asked for it as well. All in all if you want a good sandwich ask the nice black lady she was the only with who could cooperate with customers
