I ordered a grilled chicken sub with spinach onion chipotle. The gave me banana peppers, which I didn’t want - no big deal picked them off, but the three pieces of cubed chicken was a disappointment. For two subs came to over $20 to get basically bread with onion spinach and chipotle sauce. Next time I’ll walk in and order not go through the drive through.
To start arrived at 8:23p with open light on. I park go to front door which was locked and read on the doors open till 9p and online says 10p. So was surprised that it was locked. Saw a employee got their attention and tried to ask if they were open, to which he yells drive thru. I know he yelled due to me being outside and him by the bread machine up front. I go to drive thru wait 5 mins at the speaker as the only person in line to be told system is being updated we are closed. Why not have that posted anywhere? Why not say that before I go in drive thru? All I wanted was some cookies but it looks like the staff wanted to close early and go home. This probably stems from a lack of store leadership/ poor management.
I never have any problems with other Subway locations - but this one consistently botches orders. Ordered a Philly and got a veggie. I overpaid and ate it but honestly, I feel worse for the person that wanted veggies and got meat. :
Now I know why they lock the doors, and make the customers use the drive through. They don’t want the customers to see how much the screw up the sandwiches. Very classy to ask for a tip knowing that they messed up you sandwich.
NO STARS!!!!! The woman refused to make my sandwich after I stood in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes because the inside was not open. I asked for double bacon on my sandwich and she only rang up just extra bacon. I questioned it by opening the drive-thru window to ask about it and she asked me " why I was opening that window that way, it doesn't go that way." then she gave me a receipt and my money back! I waited for her to come back and she waited a few minutes and said to me "Are you going to just stand there?" I said to her " I guess your not going to make my sandwich?" "after waiting in your line for 40 minutes??? Thanks!" I work across the street and have been getting lunch there almost everyday, BUT not anymore.
NOW HIRING Lazy people only need apply. Turn off your headset and wait until 6 cars are lined up, only take orders when someone bangs on the window AND then insist on only online orders only. That way you can not do your job and surf tik tok!
I placed an order through the app, they voided it at the store without contacting me. So not only did they steal my money, they told me I was out of luck. When I asked to speak with a manager they had no adult working. I asked how to contact they said they don't have any number for me to call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only will I never take my business to this establishment but I will be sure to tell everyone I know.

I actually just left the drive-through and the statement that I made to the man in question was I want my daughter to have all of the things that go in the kids meal but I wanted to have a real sandwich I don't care about the price point I'll buy the sandwich the rude woman who got onto the drive-through microphone conversation was so rude she was like we can't ring it up and I said that I will since you cannot figure out how to ring up an up charge me for more money I will go somewhere else she was rude unnecessarily
Everyone who works here is always so nice and have amazing personalities, props to them for holding it down during the pandemic and they were short staffed.
