Subway

Honestly, it’s well known most subways are pretty stingy with the toppings. This place takes it to another level. They put less and less of everything as time goes by & the bread is usually stale. Also, if you’re a fan of Sweet Onion sauce? This place no longer offers it. They have a sweet onion Teriyaki flavor which is horrible. I wish the person would’ve informed me of the change before I paid. I sat in the facility and tried it, but I couldn’t even eat the sandwich that’s how bad the sauce is. When I went back to ask if maybe there was a mistake and the wrong sauce was put, they just shrugged and said it’s the new sauce they have to replace the other one. No refund. No replacement sandwich. Nothing.

Best service I’ve ever had. All the fresh veggies even at night. That’s all we actually want from subway. Good and friendly staff.

I love the guys that work there. Best sandwiches. My buddy who works there always gives me my favorite sauce Garlic Aioli.

Subway here is made with great care. Visited twice and the order was made as per request and also quick. Definitely recommend

While ordering a sandwich, I noticed a young cockroach on the sandwich being prepared before mine. The woman preparing the sandwich noticed this and quietly removed it, but did not discard the contaminated food and did not change gloves. She then prepared my sandwich. I paid for it and promptly threw it away after leaving, as I did not want to cause a scene. This is disgusting, unsanitary, and speaks of further health issues at this Subway.

The staff was very good. Friendly and Honest. I say honest because one day in October, unbeknownst to me, I carelessly left my debit card here! I called them up when I realized where I last had it and they verified days later that they still had possession of my card, with no fraud. I was very thankful for their safe keeping of my card. Then I had another delicious SUBWAY Sandwich the night I came to pick up my card!

the bread here is always stale & they barely put any meat on the sandwiches. i gave it more than one star because the veggies are usually fresh

I've been to that subway more than twice already. The first few times, the staff was rude. One time I asked a question while paying and the woman cashier was cutting me and didn't let me ask my question until I insisted that she listens to me. And today, I ordered a tuna sandwich and while paying I asked if what they were giving me was indeed the tuna sandwich, the cashier said yes and looked very bored. I then go back to my work place, open it and find what? A meatball sandwich. I go back and find the other man who they gave my sandwich to and we both asked for new sandwiches. The cashier started smiling to me a lot, what a coincidence.. Bottom line, the service is not good at all. They look like they want us to pay and just leave.. Not going back there any time soon.

The worker dropped a cookie on the counter while me and tried to put it back with the rest till I made a fuss. Very unsanitary. Sneezing. Whipping his nose on his sleave.. I love subway but was disgusted and will never go back!

Courteous staff, helpful Bengals!! The place has AC and the heater works well. The food is always fresh and tasty. There's a multitude of sauces, oil, dippings, mayos, sriracha, ranch creams, ketchups, vinegars and more for you to choose in your sandwich. Every so often they improve the experience in changing a little the menu. The more you eat, the more points you make with the Subway card. Redeem the points for free food next time you go there. Less one star for absence of a parking structure... Instead, you're on your own trying your luck in a congested city with cryptical traffic regulations!
