Wife placed order using mobile app, received an error message stating order didn’t go through. I placed order on my app. I go to pick it up & manager says he received 2 orders, realized there was a mistake, so he only made 1 order. Cool, great, thank you. I get charged for both orders so I email them. I get a generic response about how they appreciate the feedback about their website?! No refund?! I email again, no response. You want to lose a loyal customer over $29?! SMH
If I could give this Subway and the Subway app I would. I wil NEVER. EVER!!! Buy Subway again! First was I ordered 2 subs that came out of my bank account that were never delivered. Then tried again, and subs were delivered, but wrong. They wanted me to bring subs back to them to be replaced!!!. Never again. Jersey Mike's from now on
Majorly Disappointed with our meal. first I get numerous emails and text messages concerning subway deals ie footlong Friday buy 2 get 1 free or buy 1 get 1 50% off then when I try to order I find these deals do not apply to 3 closest stores to me. Ended up the only deal that worked was a whole $1 off. Wow. So ordered 2 subs. Bread was not fresh on either. Asked for more mayo on one sub and got maybe a slight dab. I guess more means less in subway talk. Had these kind of problems before so stopped ordering from subway for many months. I gave them a try again, and now wish I didn't.
This is absolutely my favorite little subway shop, the staff is so kind, and fast with my order.. very clean environment and I love the night crew and their smiling faces keep up the great work guys!!!!
Ordered three subs, first employee made a great sub, he was relieved by a younger guy who put hardly any toppings on the other two, it was busy and I let it go. If the owner gets this they should train their employees to at least be consistent so that a frequent customer gets what they came in for. Thanks
Not sure who she is but the short female working today around the lunch hour rush was extremely rude. So much so, we forgot to get our receipt so that she could possibly be identified. I made sure I forwarded Subway a formal complaint on their website. We have been to this location several times but we have never experienced THIS. Sandwiches were made poorly and when asked what toppings we wanted, before we could get it out she would say "What else? What else?" And to boot, she said it with a nasty attitude. If it had not been for the line behind us, I would have called her out on her unprofessionalism. We understand people have bad days but that has absolutely nothing to do with your customers! Fix it!
Pretty good Subway, the restaurant is big but still in classic style, which isn't a big issue, and feels very accommodating, but seldom have I actually seen it filled up, most people tend to take out. Anyways, food quality is decent, it doesn't leave you astonished, but it's good enough to fill you up good. The meats and bread hold up by subways standard and actually sometimes do impress with how nice they are usually depending on how recently the meat was swapped out. The staff are mostly ok, with a few people I've come across seeming to be just all over the place for no reason, however, most of it is forgivable. The place used to be a lot worse with staff, but due to a recent hiring burst, a lot of decent people are now working there. Environment is kind of dead, but luckily the windows of the restaurant bring in enough light to make the place feel pretty open and welcoming, even when you're the only customer in the establishment. Tables are kept well cleaned and so are the bathrooms, so upkeep is very pleasing. Would give 5/5 if the staff were more charismatic and welcoming, as they seem a little too stressed, and if they played something other than CNN on the TVs as that program is kind of annoying and boring.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE going to this subway. I’ve been going there for about four years, and now with my new job being so close to the location, I can get my lunch there while on break! The staff is super friendly and have helped me in making my subway experience a quick and pleasant one. I highly recommend this subway. :
i am picking up a doordash and had to wait. the two employees apologized and even gave me a free cookie while i waited and were super nice ! i am not one to go out of my way for a review but here i am! 10/10
Both times I've been in this store, it was later in the evening and staff was quite obviously not happy with me. I work late into the evening so this is the only time I can come in They rushed me through my order, burnt my bread, and rolled their eyes as I handed them my money. When I commented asking what the issue was, the girl rolled her eyes and stated "We're just trying to get out of here on time." When I called the next day asking to speak with a manager, I was hung up on. Twice. I will not be returning.
