The manager who is a Mexican lady with really bad attitude was very rude and was not very polite to me. She made me wait for 5 minutes while she stood and did nothing. She had the window block so I couldn’t see the food. The drink machine and the music was loud and when she did come to help me I couldn’t hear her and I ask her about what they had she just pointed to sign. Her body language was tremendous terrible. She made me feel so uncomfortable I ask if someone else could help she said no. There was 3 other people working there. I left and before I left I asked her for the store manager name she wouldn’t answer. I see why this place has 2.8 star rating. She is definitely not a customer service representative. Don’t go to this place
I asked for honey mustard they put regular. I asked for my sandwich toasted they didn't toast it. one day they were doing the 6.99 deal, guess they couldn't handle it so they stop participating. will not return and I will tell my co workers not to eat there.
It’s 7:41 and the doors are locked. Business hours say they close at 8. They should close this place down and open something up that actually likes making money.Food: 1/5
Not worth your money. Ridiculously skimpy while making your sandwich, even with the vegetables!!! Asking for them to add more doesn’t help. I got spinach, cucumber, jalapeño and green pepper on this sandwich and you can barely see the green pepper or cucumber. I love Subway and have been to many locations over the country, and this has been the skimpiest location I’ve ever been to. Save your money and time and get a better lunch somewhere else.
This review is for subway at 708 west trade street uptown Charlotte. You order with extra cucumber means you get half a slice extra. Same with lettuce. But they remember good when you remove toppings. The pic is order with extra cucumbers, extra lettuce and cheese. It used to be ok. But now it’s not worth it.
Unless you're watching them make the food in front of you, do not order from this subway!!! Never in my life have I ever gotten a sandwich with the sauce everywhere! Everywhere???? Yes, everywhere! Bread was ripping apart, the sandwich couldn't even hold itself up. I couldn't believe it myself! I tried calling them while they were making the sandwich but they never picked up. Great place to eat if you get your sandwich made in front of you but terrible place to order delivery from.
This location SUCKS. STAY AWAY. RUN!! GO ELSEWHERE. Online ordering allowed to order the BOGO promo to buy one foot long and get the second free. Arrived at the store only to be told they cancelled because they don’t participate in it but doesn’t make any sense how it lets you order it for this specific store.
This might be the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The door was locked and we stood outside for 5 minutes before the lady opened the door. Once we were inside she checked our order multiple times before even beginning to make the sandwiches we ordered 20 minutes before arriving. It took roughly 10 minutes for her to make the two sandwiches one of which only had 3 ingredients. If they were busy I would understand but the store was completely empty and she didn’t have any other orders that she was working on. While we were waiting two more customers arrived who she ignored until I opened the door for them. She informed the gentlemen that it would take 10-15 minutes to receive their order. The terrible service, food quality and run down atmosphere are enough to ensure that I won’t be returning here in the future.
This store sucks!!! They don't customize your food they ignore special requests presentation is awful..Looks like they just slap something together and they keep the phone off so you can't call about their raggedy mishaps don't order here!!!Food: 1/5
Staff is too rude specially that old lady i will update her name here was too rude and in so much hurry , I don’t if she putting something from her pocket or what. I order a veggie sub and she is literally counted while putting veggies spinach 3 leaves onion 2-3 pieces etc , when you charge me full 8.39 dollar then what is wrong with you I didn’t ask for anything extra but at least you should add the regular stuff. So disappointed it like she have to catch the flight or train. I would suggest subway owner or manager please do not keep this kind of people at store who will make your image down. She not even change the gloves after previous order , when they have clear instructions they need to change the gloves after each order. She even cut the bread in wrong direction, over all she doesn’t know what is the service & attitude is too high.
