Phenomenal service! The two employee that work M-F have impeccable customer service, and they take pride in creating your sandwich! My two subs were not thrown together, but neatly and tastefully made. Their energy was so positive that I felt the positivity as soon as I was greeted at the door. The outstanding service continued even as I exited the building. Satisfied customer !
I truly loathe corporate greed, small business owners who greedily cut every corner they possibly can, and same for franchise owners. The owner at this location does not accept Subway coupons, so I won't go back for this reason alone. At the risk of spreading food borne illness to customers, the steam table temperature was set to slightly warm. Even after my meatball sub was toasted, it wasn't hot. All in the name of profit, I'm guessing. The "marinara sauce" was bland and seemed to have been watered down; another corner cut. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere folks!!
Love this subway. I placed a order with another subway and they were not open around business hours. I called to try to transfer abs the lady at this location said I couldn’t but to cancel and place order there. I did with the tip she helped me out with. After I placed my order to this location she called me and told me she’ll have it ready ASAP. They gave great customer service and very helpful. 10 stars
This location doesn’t accept EBT or any coupons. They also have flies in their food and flies flying around the restaurant.
Went to this location yesterday and asked the employee for one of the cookies, and was told they had none even though there were several in the case in front of both of us. I then asked to get a powerade instead and was told I couldn’t get it. Not really sure why I was denied service and this literally had me speechless so I just left, but I will never bother giving this location or any Subway my service again. Sincerely, a fellow food service worker.
This store did a great job setting up sandwiches to-go for a lake trip with our family. It was large order for almost 30 people. The manager took the order himself and made sure it was ready for us at 7am. He took the time to give recommendations on what would keep well for the amount of time they would be in the cooler and went the extra step in setting up all the condiments and toppings separately for people to add. They did a great job for a picky group of people.
I ordered a BLT salad via doordash and it arrived without any lettuce. Lettuce is literally in the title of the order. When I called to get the order corrected, the first time someone picked up and hung up the phone. The second time, someone picked up and interrupted me as soon as I started talking about my order and placed me on hold for an obscene length of time. They did not push hold, they just set the phone down and continued servicing in store customers. I never got my order corrected. When he finally came back to the phone and I explained what happened, he literally said, "we will try to do better the next time". There was not an attempt to correct the order or refund my money. This was absolutely terrible.
I was in a few days ago and finally decided we just won't be coming back to this store. Hit or miss on what kind of employee you'll get. Friendly and ready to serve you ... or annoyed with your presence. The floors, tables, counters, etc. in this location are straight up filthy. We had never sat to eat at this location before and I had not previously noticed the major filth. I was slightly shocked. I am wondering what the kitchen where we cannot see looks like.
So I drove to this location for a quick bite. It’s 9:40. As I try to open the door the guy behind the counter started clapping.... I pulled on the door it’s locked. They close at 10pm. Thanks for applauding me because I wasn’t getting through the door. Weird.
Went in today to grab 2 sandwiches to go . A girl named Erika was working the front by herself. She rocked it.. after fixing the people's in front of me and then putting one of mine in the oven she had to take their money. She took her gloves off , took care of them with a smile and then washed her hands and put fresh gloves on and continued with me. She got everything right and I was so impressed by how fast and with a smile she was moving I forgot to ask for lite mayo and sweet onion. Before she closed it she asked me. Then she continued on my second sammich and finished it. By then 3 more people walked in and I noticed she did the same thing , gloves off, money , washed hands , fresh gloves all while smiling and greeting customers. ERIKA is her name and I hope this makes it to corporate because she is indeed an asset to Subway. I usually go to a different one but now will be stopping here on my way home more often
