Horrible. Awful. Ordered on the subway app. 2 sandwiches. Which means the employees had the order written in front of them and just had to follow directions. Both sandwiches made wrong. Both had to be re-made. Took quite some time. I contacted corporate/store owner and was given unprofessional response which was quite rude. Go anywhere else to eat.
I've been to this subway several times at when I'd expect a store to be open, but often closed. There have been a couple of times where I've ordered thru the app and when I got there, the place was close. The basic principle is: never actually expect this subway to be open because there's maybe a 30-40% chance they decided to close early that day.
I ordered a tuna sub on 10/10/2022 I asked for heavy mayo and for the sandwich to be cut into fours that was not done and by the time I made it home the store had closed.
Very very clean place and the workers were friendly and courteous. Food tasted good.
The store was closed before 8pm and website says 9am!
Not a complaint about Subway but only about this store. The store manager is pretty rude. I've been there thrice and never had a good experience. They don't even give a cup for water. We need to pay for drink to get water. Poor hospitality.
Stay-at-home order still in effect and It’s pickup only now and indoors closed. Got home with the subs and the bread was hard as a ROCK making the subs inedible and they skimped on the toppings very stingy even after selected extra x2 for some toppings. After 630pm no answer and apparently they closed their store according to the app when I opened it. Even if they were open I’d have to stand in line to get into Walmart again before i could return the subs. Waste of time and money. Will be sticking to firehouse and Jimmy Johns in this immediate area. Do not recommend.
First off to have a 93.5 score and then to experience unfriendliness from an employee lady was terrible. I asked for my bread to be fresh and received a frown. My Co-worker and I politely walked out and took our business elsewhere. I will never go back to that place again. Sad thing, I have gone there many times for lunch.
I came in to buy a sub and the cashier said I could have a cup to get tap water from the fountain. The manager came over and said "chips and a drink?" and I said "no thank you" then he looked down, questioning my cup. I said I asked for a cup so I could get tap water and said "we don't have water." I checked and there was definitely a fountain and fountains have water. ? Sad that this manager couldn't splurge for a cup that cost him less than a penny for a paying customer. I will never go back there.
They need to train their employees better. I have been very unhappy about the customer service both times I went. This last time they gave me white bread instead of what I asked for when I ordered it off of Postmates. Attention to detail! It matters!
