Placed an order on Uber eats. When my sub showed up the 4 bottles of water were not delivered and the sub only had one slice of meat on it. If this is how this store is going to treat their online orders/clients then I definitely don’t recommend this store.Food: 1/5
First of all let me talk about their low carb bread, the sandwich was Delicious! Haven’t been to subway in a while and this bread is a great option for low carb diet. I recommend! Only one lady running the store all by herself, I know they’re short in staff but at lunch hour, on a weekend, farmers market days, more than 10 people in line, management should schedule more people. The lady did a great job, but it took a long time for us to order.
Food was awesome! Jordon helped us out during our visit, we are from Portland but was in the area and everything was fresh and tasty and I don’t usually get subway because I feel like everytime I’ve gone to Portland locations especially employees are rude and the food isn’t fresh but Shout out to jordon for making our sandwiches !! Will definitely come back.
The kid "Jordan" takes about 30 minutes each sandwich. As I was standing in line all he was talking about was how he does coke on the back seat of the toilet and he wasn't wearing gloves!!! Get you guys more professional workers ASAPFood: 1/5
The food was really good, but what prompted me to leave a review was the professionalism and patience displayed by the very nice guy and girl working during my visit on 10/6 during lunch. There was an individual that was quite aggravating and borderline harassing the workers during the busy lunch hour. These workers kept their composure and ensured their customers were taken care of while also dealing with this individual's shenanigans.
This location needs to close permanently! They will not keep it staffed, the food is substandard and they forget toppings. I did an online order that took over 30 minutes! Then the employee was patronizing because he could tell I was disappointed, as this was not the first second or third time it’s happened to me or my coworkers. Big bummer they won’t even care they lost 6 customers.
Two stars because the staff was friendly...otherwise, what the heck??? I ordered a salad and got a bowl full of big veges. If if I'd wanted a vege tray I would have gone to Safeway. I was given my sad salad in a box that did not have room for my chips or drink. I guess the 30 pound backpack I was wearing was not a clue that I was walking a ways. A bag would have been much better. I've been going to subway for 25 years and this really is the lamest salad I've ever had. Also, where is my napkin? My sandwiches always came with one. I feel like this is salad decriminalization.
The guy who took my order didn't bother to listen to me when I was standing right there, which is not the sort of service I prefer.Food: 4/5

I was treated like a piece of dirt by the kid who was running the place by himself. While I understand that he was stressed out being alone, he was very rude to me for no reason. All I did was submit an internet order for a company function. I submitted the order on the Subway app. And asked for it to be ready at 9am. I’m still sitting here at 9:25 and waiting. Very frustrated at this point and will definitely be late for my function. Get your act together Subway. You just lost my corporate business forever. Jersey Mike’s has better food anyway.
