Subway Restaurants

Older staff were really friendly. Younger staff just pacing around not helping.

I have been to this location three times in the last 5 months and each time they manage to miss an item or mess up the order. Today toasted meant rock hard burnt bread! Just wow, do better!

Very nice counter help wanting to make the best sandwich

I'm sure they are fine when you go inside... but they can't seem to get it right when ordering through the app. Happened like 3 out of last 4 timesshame on me. This time 3 foot longs and one was missing 2 meats, one missing the bacon and cheese, and the other missing cheese.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki and they asked what I wanted on it. I said whatever comes on it and they said, those are just pictures you put what you want on it. Even though those are your specialty sandwiches. They were super super slow as well. They clearly need to learn their own menu better.

The drive through is great. Just need to be sure you speak up when doing your order and when ordering do it it segments for less confusion.
