It was ok. The sandwich was decent, but the experience wasn’t great. This visit was back in May, I’m a little behind. I remember being disappointed in the interaction with the “sandwich artist,” but I can’t remember exactly why. Something about the attitude they had. I’m not going to give them a horrible rating if I can’t remember, but I won’t go back. I do know that.
Pretty impressed by this experience. As a former GM I can't help but see more into my visits. The shop was clean and the three young men that were there were very respectful and professional. Stella ordered the #23... Sub . I ordered "The Boss" Stella and I both got the drink and chips with our sandwich. The total was 27.+! I hadn't asked for my receipt but on 2nd thought I decided I HAD to see why it was so expensive . As I suspected... I was overcharged. I was charged for a long and not the 6 inch I actually received. It took some time...a few hrs later.... JKN ....and a call to the Manager my issue was resolved. I got my 5 bucks back.....and hopefully the guys learned how to re-open and correct a CC transaction.... Stella and I enjoyed our sandwich and the place was. Clean and orderly. Good job crew!
I ordered online I asked for a footlong with the following: I paid extra for extra tuna I paid extra for extra cheese I asked for extra veggies. I also asked for the footlong to be cut in half and each half to be wrapped separately as I wasn't eating both halves today. What I got was a standard tuna sandwich and no extra anything at all. I prepaid online in full and included the top which I really wish I had not given. Please fully read the order and fully prepare the order. "When I told the lady at the counter her response was Oh well I didn't make it so it's not my fault ." I wasn't accusing her. I just wanted it fixed.
Terrible service. They didn’t know how to make a sandwich that’s clearly marked on their board a cheat sheet. I had to walk the person through on how to make my sun as I read his sheet from the other side of the window. As someone that has gotten this sandwich in the past I was shorted on meat and had to remind him to put the extra cheese on and ham as it stated on the menu. I can’t say that I would ever recommend this Subway to anyone. No name tags so I have no names to go off of on this experience.
Picking up my order was frustrating. Employees were either on their phones or not paying attention to customers until they were flooded with a line. Otherwise, the sandwiches were good and my family enjoyed them.Food: 5/5
What the heck are we doing here??? 15 minutes to get through a line of 4 people. Lunch is only 30 minutes long and I still have to drive back to work. The lady making my sandwich moved so slow it was ridiculous I felt like I was watching my younger sibling build a Lego set with no instructions even though it wasn’t a custom order I ordered straight from the menu only asked for no onions. Kinda wild walked in at 11:35 checked out at 11:52
Best subway sandwiches I have ever eaten!!! 2 teenage boys were working the night shift when I went in for several sandwiches that I needed...they did excellent!!!! Thank you!!!! Super delicious!!!!Food: 5/5
The food or shop isn't an issue, it's always good to eat. $11.34 for a footlong meal with a small drink AFTER using a coupon for the meal is just hilarious.Food: 5/5
Always something with this location, don't try to use the app here they won't make it until there is no one there. They kept making people sandwiches that came after I was already there waiting for my app order tried to show them there on sign that says use the app jump the line but they didn't understand what that meant. So if people would have kept coming in I wouldn't have got my order. Waited way past my pick up time really makes you feel like they don't care about you which I know they don't but hey we live in a time where everything is over priced with bad service
Shout out to the man who just made my sandwich June 23rd 7:30pm BEST subway sandwich I have had in a long while!!!! I can taste the love
