It would be great if I could give zero stars. They rip you off, even though Dr was nice and friendly. They charged me twice for preventative care which is fully covered by insurance. Once as preventative, which insurance covered, and once as office visit, which did not. How can you do annual checkup w/o visit?! of all these years of doing annual checkup never got a bill even once! but here! I won't get back there. What’s worse? The office called me after I received my blood test results. the lady said If I want to speak to my doctor over the phone, I have to pay a $150 copay. I was freaked out so agreed, and paid over phone. The doctor talked to me for max 2 minutes and it was just iron deficiency. she sent prescription to pharmacy and that was it. Later for the refills I called the office, they said if I want refill I must get another appointment and pay another visit copay, WTH! I said BYE after rejecting. After 7 months, I received another bill for $260, in addition to the $150 I already paid, for my annual checkup! why?? They make things up and add to your summary of visit to rip you off. I wondered why the office was so quiet and shiny. The money they use is yours. Run away from them.

Dr. Challa is a breath of fresh air when it comes to finding the right doctor. She's truly one of the absolute best physicians I've ever had. She listens to your concerns, she's kind, she always goes the extra mile and she genuinely cares about her patients. I'm so happy to have been referred to her!

Dr. Challah is very nice and makes your appointments quick and easy. She leaves out the fluff and makes sure you are taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor that won’t BS you or keep you in the waiting room for hours. The atmosphere of the clinic is friendly, clean, and calm. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Challa and her medical team is the best. The front office is warm and inviting. When making an appointment over the phone the staff is polite and accommodating. Dr. Challa has the best bedside manner of any medical professional that we have experienced. She talks to us kindly and listen as well. We are so very happy that she our grandson Pediatrician.

Dr. Challa is always the best doctor for me and I have been consulting with her for almost 8yrs. The reason being she is very much patient friendly and diagnose the issue correctly provides the right mediations. I have personally witnessed for myself and for my family. I strongly recommend her to my friend and neighbors. We get sick appoinment the same day and not much of waiting time to see the doctor.

Been going here for years. Dr. Challa is a great doctor. However, her staff some of them are rude. Only a few of them. Overall, good primary and family care practice.

Dr. Sudha Challa is quick and helpful with taking care of my medical needs most of the time. She is awesome in adjusting the medications and their dosages needed based on our current medical conditions! However, I would request that the doctor’s office and staff contact us if or when we need to schedule an appointment for a refill, if/when needed, rather than have us left wondering why we have not yet received our refills from our pharmacy automatically when it is time for a refill, at times. Very polite, professional and caring staff. Comfortable office and surroundings. Doctor Challa is amazing and very kind professional. Her PA, Anna I believe is her name, is also extremely professional with a great attitude and smile. Always a very warm welcoming walking into her practice. I would recommend to anyone. I think she would be amazing as well treating elderly patients as well as younger patients. Today I had an emergency come up and unfortunately, I couldn’t make it to the office during normal business hours but I requested a Telemed appointment at the last minute after realizing I couldn’t make it before closing to help with health related paperwork and update some other medical issues I was having. This request seemed to not be an issue at all for the staff or Dr. Challa and at 7:00 PM I received a call from her and she was delightful, very polite and patient with me. Another good experience with Dr Challa. Every experience I have had at the office or via telemed has been the same, all positive, so again I recommend her practice in John’s creek and for anyone inside I-285, I understand she has a second location closer to the Buckhead/Chamblee/Decatur area.

Dr Challa has been very good to my mama. We needed a good primary dr and we found her. The staff has always been very nice and kind to us and especially to my mama.

She is the best doctor! She understands and listens and gave me the best medical advice. I even had an issue with the pharmacy and was able to call after hours and she resolved the issue with ease and grace! I recommend her to everyone truly one of the best doctors out there!
