Lively ambience! Fun music and great locations for photo ops throughout the restaurant. Definitely worth going for the experience. The drinks were fun and tasty. The food was good, not amazing but good, definitely not worth the price. I think you are mainly paying for the fun party atmosphere. So, if you’re looking for a great time give it a try!
I have no complaints! I was tired, ready to relax, sleep...my daughter asked to go here and by the end of our night there, we left in the greatest spirits and happy. Service was amazing, friendly staff, smiles and happy staff! Food was surprisingly amazing and very tasty. What a fun place. Music here is awesome! You'll have a great great time. Definitely a must while in Vegas! I would not bring small children here. I'd say 7 and up would be great due to music playing loud...And if you have a party of 4 and feel like dessert, omg, the fondue is something you don't forget...super big portion! The grilled cheese was one of the best I've ever tried. Love this spot!
Our waitress Precious at the Vegas location was amazing through and through. She was very kind and gave great suggestions for what to order. Our food had huge portions as well. You definitely won't leave hungry lol. The restaurant's birthday celebrations were amazing to watch and really livened up the party environment. Thank you so much, we will make sure to come back once we get to visit Vegas again!
Fun experience. Location is a bit tricky to find but if you ask at miracle mile shops most vendors are friendly and will help. Its on the second level on the outside corner. Their google hours are wrong. Tried to come at 9:30 one night because it said they were open after midnight and they closed at 9pm. The miracle mile parking garage charges $15 for 1 to 4 hours so that sucks. Try to get somewhere close and walk. Milkshake was okay. Fondue was good and the cheesecake that came with it was wonderful, so were all the dippers. Sandwich and fries were good. I would come back.
Very cute restaurant. Very picturesque. Menu looks to have very interesting food and drink options. However the food fell very very short of the mark. My waffles were cold and very dense. And I don't mean cold as in had been sitting on the counter cold. I mean cold as in were frozen and barely warmed up in the microwave cold. They were very dense like the plain cake donut you get from the corner donut stand. My hot chocolate was also luke warm. I think the mountain of whip cream was put on immediately and that cooled it off. My counterpart however loved his drink. We did question what was in it to keep it bubbling the entire time we were there. It's not a place I would purposely go back on my own but I wouldn't oppose it if a friend wanted to visit. Fun place to visit. Over the top desserts and a bit pricey but fun. Service was slow even though it wasn't too busy. Lots of options from milkshakes, ice cream sundaes, drinks, crepes, pancakes. They also offer food options like wings & burgers. Kids had fun and definitely insta & snap worthy. Kid-friendliness: Candy kids dream Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator available
The food was good. Hubby had the Cajun chicken pasta. He said the pasta was a little under done. I had the shrimp burger. That was good. We were not pleased with the mandatory 20% service charge. Then the check still asked for a tip. I wanted to go back for one of the milkshakes but nope won't go back.Food: 4/5
The Sugar Factory is just a tourist trap with their big goblet drinks. The restaurant doesn't seem very big although there are two stories. The service and the food are meh. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake waffles and the menu says warm waffles served with whipped cream and cheesecake. Well my waffles were freezing cold and the server tried to tell me it was because of the whipped cream. Umm.. no it's because they were sitting there for too long waiting to be brought to me. They did bring out fresh hot waffles a while later and deducted them from the bill which I was appreciative of. But there are so many better eateries in the area.
We had an amazing time here celebrating my niece’s 21st birthday! Such a spectacular restaurant with a beautiful view. The milkshake that one of my good friend’s order was jaw dropping and it was pretty cool to watch the drinks being poured at the table. The decor and vibe was amazing as well. I would definitely return again when visiting Las Vegas.
We came here for my birthday 2/22/22, and it was everything I hoped for. I was actually nervous from the bad reviews, but we had reservations for 4:30pm on a Tuesday, and we were immediately seated. It wasn’t crowded or loud. Our server was helpful, and not too over the top, which we like. There are many areas to take cute pics, even a patio overlooking the strip. The watermelon pina colada goblet was so delicious, and was plenty enough to share with someone. Our food came out very fast, and the burgers were delicious. I would recommend visiting during the week at an earlier time to avoid the huge crowds and loud music. I would recommend and I would go back again. Those watermelon slice candies are
