Great Thai food!! This small restaurant has some unique and delicious dishes. I came into town for a friend’s wedding and tried out this place. The curry and the fried rice were all fantastic. Highly recommend this place for casual family and friends gatherihga

Honestly we weren’t treat like people there. The minute we got there we waited forever to be sitted, the hostess or whoever it was look at us up and down like they didn’t want us there. Then when they sat us at a table we weren’t given menus for a while again! I saw that people that came after us getting their menus and water and we still didn’t get that, finally they brought us water(in paper cups) I looked around like why are we getting paper these and everyone has a glass cup even the little kids! My friend asked if we could get a glass cup and the waitress say “oh we taught you guys were sitting outside”; that didn’t make sense because we’re obviously sitting inside already! And the people outside had glass cups as well. People that came after us already had their food and everything and we’re still trying to get just water. After waiting for 20 minutes we just left. Somerville in general is not a place for people of color everyone is disgustingly rude and racist

Once upon a rainy day in New England, a man stood at a bus stop waiting for his ride to appear through the misty rain. A delicious smell wafted into the man's nose...and he was drawn towards Sugar and Spice. He sat, he ate, and as the warm ramen liquid and accompanying protein flavor bombs descended to his belly, his mood was brightened, his spirit lifted. He bid the friendly server farewell and his life was just a bit brighter from that time onward. I'm that man. And I suggest you eat here. The Tom Yum ramen is really something special. 10/10, would rainy day Thai soup again.

Great Thai food. Been coming here since they opened, still my favorite Thai spot in the neighborhood. THE best pineapple fried rice. Chicken thai rolls are awesome, gra prow chicken, basil chicken, pad see you - all awesome!
