Sullivan Vitamins & Irish Shop

Never shipped my order. Never answers the phone or responds to emails. This business now lists an address which is a home address. Contacted someone who lives at this home address asking if he was an owner or worked here. He said as a matter of fact, why? I then told him my order was never shipped and asked for a working number. He then said he was just teasing and had never heard of the business. The business address is his address and is how I found him but he has never heard of them?! I filed complaints to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM SULLIVAN VITAMINS.

Total scam. Never filled my order, and never answered my multiple phone calls (during office hours) or my emails. I have referred to BBB.

Placed online order and never heard back. Fortunately my credit card hasn't been charged. If you're going to list stuff online, the least you can do is send what I ordered.

I love Sullivan's new location on Pine st, it feels nice and homey and the service is just spectacular! Rosewater is my favorite beauty product that I can't find anywhere else and they special ordered it for me and had plenty in stock next time I went in. They also have a great selection of herbal tea and really good chocolate! My favorite store in Walla Walla.

Fair warning Sullivan's has very poor customer service. Shipments very slow, but they charge your credit card immediately. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago, still hasn't arrived. No response to phone calls, or emails. Buy your Irish tea elsewhere.
