Mr. Rufolo treated me with utmost respect and care. I personally would never go to another firm but to Summers, Rufolo & Rodgers. Every conversation and consultation was professional and heart felt. I truly felt they had my best interest in heart and I could trust them. While employed at Summers, Rufolo, and Rodgers ; James T Neal lied to and mislead my fiancé for years. Once his negligence was discovered, the firm offered to “help”. What happened was being embarrassed and dismissed by Mr Summers and David Ward the attorney Mr Summers brought in to “help”(sarcasm implied). If you want a firm on your side look elsewhere.
