Our company was locked into a pretty difficult lease that was absolutely preposterous and almost impossible to decipher the billing invoices. We shopped around for multiple vendors to try and resolve this issue to no avail. We had a rep named Thuy come to our office and ask if we had any issues that her company could resolve in regards to printing. We started off with one printer that was just not functioning correctly and she was able to get us a loaner and the machine has been rock solid ever since. The billing and support was on point so we decided to try and go a bit further to totally alleviate our printing issue as a whole. After months of back and forth and figuring out the numbers she was able to come up with a solid game plan that we agreed upon. We had to postpone the process due to our busy season and they were very accommodating with a loaner unit. The printing space is pretty saturated with mostly car salesmen trying to lock you into a lease that is un-advantageous for your company but with SumnerOne/ UDP they took the time to accommodate any of our requests and have always been super responsive.

They lie to make their sales. My company switched to them and they said our old company is responsible for picking up their equipment. This was an outright lie. We were forced to store the old machines for weeks, the pay all the shipping to get it out. Who knows what else they've lied about.
