I love the service from most employees

This mega bus has moved its location to dutch square shopping mall. I am so glad they moved it to here bc now the passengers can relax. For where it was there were so many people who are homeless and there were to many asking for momey. Well hope everyone of you try megabus

People are always around begging; not just for money, they want cigarettes too. Many of the busses are extremely inconsistent with the time they arrive/depart.

As for me, the Comet transportation is very convenient and on time, affordable fares, the customer service and drivers are always so very helpful when needing assistance .

A lot of people not riding the bus gather in this area. I refuse to demonize those who are homeless. But, as a female traveler i would say, it's not in the most well lit area and with so many people hanging out, it is just good to be aware of one's surroundings and I'd advise travel in day light.

The transit maintenance is good. Homeless people are there bcos many homeless shelters are near this particular station. Can't blame transit authority for lower socio-economic folks conduct.

Need better control over the homeless and riffraff that like to hang out there
