The most unprofessional rudest salon I have ever been to. They overcharge for gel polish and then have the nerve to expect a tip when they do the bare minimum. The people they have working there are not properly trained and spend their time gossiping. 20 dollars extra for a regular pedicure with gel polish that is already 40 dollars with no extra perks. I hope more people complain and they get shut down since I’m seeing a lot of reviews about over charging without any explanation and also people getting foot fungus and chemical burns because they don’t know how to take off acrylic nails. You know a place is bad when they can’t even shape nails properly.Service: Pedicure

The owner is very nasty. She rushes you and wants you to give cash. Why accept cards if you only want cash. There always talking in there language. Very rude and un professional.Services: Waxing

The pedicure was amazing the lady did a great job was there last week for a spa pedicure which was $55 plus $10 for extra service I got gel polish which she said would be $90 bout time I finish my ticket was $180 I didn't get nothing special price was very high spending $200 $10 for both of the ladies for a tip I will go for a pedicure but nothing else...Services: Gel manicures

My first time here and not knowing the prices I left paying 113 dollars. I got a regular pedicure and I got gel nails plus I was told I had to pay 12 dollars for a massage for ten minutes that should be complimentary. First and my last time going back. Then I asked how much my fill is gonna be and I was told 55 dollars. Definitely not going back

What a great nail studio! Went there a few years ago and was a client for a long time. And I had my surgeries and I haven't been there for at least 5 years. Went back a couple of weeks ago to get my nails done for my son's wedding. They are even better than they were before and they were great then. Here is a nail studio you will totally love. You can bring your own tools and they will put it in a box for you. Everyone who works there are the nicest people you could ever meet. Their nail work is wonderful no matter which nail tech you get. Every single one of the nail techs is trained in massage and when you're sitting there getting your nails done the ones that are not busy come over and massage your neck and back and put a hot pad over your lower back and give you the deepest massage you have ever felt in a long time and you can tell them to go easy if you can't take that. The French nails that I got for my son's wedding were simply beautiful. I also received a paraffin wax treatment for my hands and a defoliation with deep conditioning. Yes it is just a little more expensive then the regular run of the mill nail salon. Oh my gosh it's worth every penny! The only thing I'm not sure of... I don't think they paint designs on your nails.

Love this place, pedicures are always awesome no matter who you go to! I def recommend a spa pedicure here... It took me a long time to find a good nail place in Milford since we had recently moved here, and I'm very picky but was very happy to find this place. Friendly service, very clean, and the owner is super nice. I personally go to Diane and she's amazing, but there's also many other great nail techs here. I highly recommend them!Services: Manicure

Great service .....they even have massage for your shoulders while getting your nails done. I literally drive 45 minutes to get my nails done since I moved because you can't find the same service anywhere else in CT. Definitely recommend!
