Good little spot by the water! Tried the musubi just to see what it tasted like and it was pretty good. Also had a pineapple iced tea which was delicious. I’d like to go back and try some of their more famous dishes!

James Beard award winner?? Haha!! What a scam...or JB has REALLY lowered their standards. Also shady that they took down my last review since we got food poisoning! Much better options in OHM! Don't waste you money...or time.

Awesome food for a great price! They don’t have tables but just outside the park has plenty to use! Also public beach access so awesome to grab a bite and take a dip!

Loved their tacos and chicken sandwich. Staff is also very warm and friendly. Highly recommend.

We were so impressed by this place that we ate here twice in one day! We had the shrimp tacos, garlic shrimp, shave ice, smoothie and the amazing Bubble Waffle! Oh Em Gee! Everything was absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend anything you're down in Waikiki. The staff were so down to earth and friendly! We can't wait to go back!

My wife and I had a terrible experience next door- found a ROACH in our salad. We are so happy we tried out Sun’s Up. The staff was extremely friendly and the portion sizes were huge. Very well worth our money. Thank you for sharing aloha with us and for the ono food! Best loco moco I’ve had!

Great friendly people. Family owned. Samantha was very cool. She is a sous chef for Chef Jose Andres. Great gem. Worth a visit and probably the next great foodie place to look for. Also very affordable for being on the beachfront. Oscar is also another sous chef for Jose Andre's working here. Must visit.
