If I could give this place no stars, I would. I came here two times a few years back and have been fairly satisfied with the way my tan turned out.. I recently decided to get a tan for prom because I had coupon for a $15 spray tan. So, I walk in and am greeted by a young woman and I begin telling her about my coupon and she tells me that I am not eligible to use it and was beginning to tell me the reason why but the reasons did not make much sense at all. I ended up just giving it up and told her that I'll just take ONE spray tan. On the menu it said that ONE spray tan is about $25, which I have always have known it to be. The young woman told me that ONE spray tan would be $55. I have NEVER bought one spray tan for $55 anywhere! I was completely shocked and told the lady about how I have been here in the past and I have never been charged that much for one. Then she started to explain to me that they have recently "changed their pricing" and I could not buy one spray tan, I had to buy TWO and use the second one in a few months. I was embarrassed already because I had girls I knew from my high school in there and did not want to make a big deal about the pricing but still began to question the cashier because I have never heard of this before and it was not anywhere on the menu that you had to buy two. The young woman kept trying to explain to me the ordeal but was confusing me SO much to the point I did not know what she was even talking about. I allowed her to charge me and got my spray tan anyways. When I told my mom about what happened later she was shocked and called the company to ask about pricing and what happened. The lady who my mom was talking to did confirm that ONE spray tan was $25 and TWO spray tans were $55. She also informed my mom that the cashier DOES get a percentage of every tan that they sell or something similar to that. Not to mention MY ARMS ARE TWO DIFFERENT SHADES OF TAN. I am not satisfied at all and will not be coming back. I do NOT recommend this place. Now I have to go to my last high school prom looking two shades of tan AND I lost my money. If you are looking for a tan, do NOT come here unless you want poor customer service, to get scammed, and to have two different colored arms..

I have been a customer for 5 years and just had to cancel my membership because the salesgirl would not honor the former assistant managers promise. Amanda promised me that if I upgraded to the monthly sunless spray package that I could go back to my original package of monthly unlimited fastest tans for $55/mo. When I tried to do so, the salesgirl charged me $79/mo. Customers beware. They will lie to you just to get a sale.

There is a worker there that literally has the snobbiest attitude I’ve ever had to put up with. Any time I turn down a sale that this worker offers me, he acts so rude towards me. He is so snobby & rude that I drive all the way to Bossier to go the the sun tan city there & I live in Shreveport. I can’t deal with piss poor attitudes.

I absolutely love going to tan at this location, more so than any other location! I would love employment there, however, am not able to get through to anyone, for a call back. I would love a chance at an interview, and outside of going to each location attempting to catch the district manager there, this is the only other way to get my name out there to get noticed for said reason!😊 So, thanks so much for a great experience thus far, and hopefully, considering me for your wonderful team of associates!!

Made it impossible to cancel account. First website had nothing on it to freeze account. I didn't want it frozen, I wanted to cancel. That means that you no longer have my credit card on file.
My advice to anyone tanning there - pay cash!! Or otherwise you are going to have a hard time canceling.
Other than that I will say they had nice and clean facility. But the lotion prices! Wow! Buy your lotion online people!! You will save about $80!!
