Sun Tire

Just called to get a quote on a set of 55/205/R16. Quoted price was $390 and as soon as I told him he was higher than Big Chief, the guy immediately dropped to $339.00. Told him he was still higher than the quote I received so he quickly dropped to $279.00. Why not just be honest and forthright and give your best price upfront??? He dropped the price over $100 in a matter of seconds so now there's no way I'd feel comfortable that I didnt leave money on the table regardless of the quote. Your commercials are a waste of money if you're not going to do what you advertise. I'd never buy from you guys.

Cody is such a great manager and if you go to this sun tire you wont be dissapointed. Sure there are waiting times so bring a game or a book or something. These people here work fast and hard but they are not miracle works my friends. No one is. Please have some patience when getting your car worked on.

This is a good auto service shop to have your wheels align and to have brake work done. The only thing I suggest is please have you IPAD ready when they attempt to sell you other services. New tires and other work can be found at more competitive prices elsewhere. Also when you find lower prices they will attempt to match. Again they do good work just know pricing for your service before you buy. It's your money!

Well, they installed the wrong (and cheaper) tires. It was raining and I didn’t check before I left. But, guess what, when I called 2 days later, Ray (who wasn’t there when they put the tires on) was spot on. He apologized, said please bring the car in ASAP, which I did. The place was packed, but he took my car, put it on the rack, and in 30 minutes I was out of there. I have to give them credit for making it right. He said they messed up somehow. Thanks.

I called Sun Tire because I went to Auto Glass now to fix my window regulator. They could not fix today. I already brought the part. Called Sun Tire told me they could fix it. Told me it would be 96 bucks. My window had tape on it since last July and I alwaus had to open my car door everyday just to get to work as I had to badge in. No drive thru visits. It didnt take as long as I expected and there were plenty cars ahead of me. They fixed my window and even put the door panel back on for me and it was off when I took my vehicle to them. I paid $74. They took 20 off because the door panel was off. That was less than Auto Glass Now. I am very satisfied and will come back to get more work done.
