I worked here through a staffing agency. The place is disgusting. Roach infested, roaches in all the rooms and crawling on the walls. The hallways and rooms all smell of urine. Each and every patients room looks like a hoarders room, trash is everywhere. I worked night shift and all the staff did there was sleep all night, especially the "nurse" William who slept the entire shift. On top of that there was no food overnight for patients except for crackers, they have to stock their own food in their closet. There are no private rooms, sometimes 1 to 3 patients in each room. I've been in healthcare for 12 years and this is by far the worst place I've seen. I feel very bad for all the patients at this facility.

This place is completely disgusting. I helped out though a staffing agency and I seen roaches crawling all over the patients and their floors. I have never seen anything like this it’s completely wrong and neglectful for the state to let this place stay opened. Any family member who places their loved one here should be ashamed of themselves.

After reading reviews, I was a bit nervous moving my bother to Suncrest. It turns out I had nothing to worry about. I see updated décor, nice outdoor space, no smell, and an amazing staff of caregivers. My brother and I are both pleased!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! First time working today and won’t be back!! It took someone 30 min to acknowledge me at all and there is no structure at all. None of the nurses knew anything, the CNAs didn’t know anything or help at all. The place is soooo old. There is no census sheets so I knew nothing about my patients, no shower schedule, and no routine with the trash and linen or at all. I was told to get a trash can from outside and there was trash everywhere. Oh and there is roaches!!! I was changing a patient and they were just crawling on her bed. Smh just a very bad experience for it being my first time.

As a current Staff member who has worked here for 10 years, this facility has come a long way. Our facility is unique in the sense that we take everyone, no matter their background. No place is perfect but we strive as a team to make our residents happy. Unfortunately as you see with the reviews you can't make everyone happy. Out of the few bad reviews you see here we have 2x more people who are happy with our services and ask to come back whenever they need our services again. If you believe in the saying, "don't judge a book by its cover", this facility would be one of those "books".

Poor care . I have made few complaints And instead of improving . The Director of nursing Ronald. Has place CNA from his country from Africa Only in retaliation of complaining. It happens again Mr Ronald manipulate winny And falselly acus me of taking picture of her And Donna advising winny to place xharges against me. I have to call the police . Myself. I did not take any pictires.

I visited my friend there often. This is the place that will not negatively judge people and refuse to accept them . They work miracles with people came in looking pretty rough.The atmosphere is usually fun with the people visiting on a patio chilling out smoking a cigarette and having a pop . food is good . workers care . many of people said that they chose to come back when they had to go after some surgery . one guy was cranky and complained about everything ..my friend told me a group of the people who live there can't be pleased by the way they talk about the place. But ever time they go to hospital they choose it again and can change places anytime. His roomie complains but ever time he has a hospital stay he refuses to consider anywhere else. Funny bunch there . if I needed to stay I would feel comfortable there ..i though it was An uppity person who wants the Taj Mahal probably wouldn't be a good fit ..for regular people .. Its a nice place. People living there have a good sense of humor. Staff down to earth and you can tell they like the people who live there

I wish there was half a star. This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!! Its beyond filthy, I had cockroaches crawling on my feel while I ate breakfast, there was blood and or fecal matter all over the nurses call button, the shared bathroom which is just a toilet and sink has urine saturated all over the floor. I have pictures of all of this and more. Not to mention the smell of the raw poop and pee is overwhelming and so nauseating its unbearable. I made it in that hellhole about 8 hours. It should be shut down. It is an atrocity.

I only visit my mom when I can, and when I do I HATE that I have to go to this place. It smells like pee.. the smell is so bad words can't describe it. I am looking into relocating my mother now. But everyone who I tell that my mom is staying at this nursing home already knew how bad this place is, and how bad it smells. I also went to visit my mom at around 1230 where I found her sitting in her chair lined up behind about 7-9 people, sleeping. I asked what time the smoke break was cause they all said thats why they were there... thinking it was soon she said 2:45. WHAT?! I stayed and watched and they didnt even check on any of them AT all, and they all sat there waiting from 1230-2:45.

Bad place to put a love one in their care. Doctor would not seek out other medical help. Nurse staff could not contact family members if person is asking for you. Nurse staff does not care enough for patients and their needs. Ask the patients how they like living here. Not a good place at all.
