I've come to the store five times in the past month and it's either been closed or had a note saying that somebody will be back. So I showed up later and no one showed up several times. It is unbelievable how I can buy a $400 pair of sunglasses and be told I can't return them unless I have the original charger.
Sales woman was amazing. i have some medical issues and cant grasp things once and a while i dropped a few pairs of glasses and she said its ok it happens before i could explain. ended up walking out with two pairs of sunglasses. she really looked hard for what i was wanting. she must have handed me 20 different pairs to try. found the prefect ones.
Every time I walk into a sunglasses hut the experience is great. Employees are super nice, helpful, and are a wealth of knowledge. Definitely helps me feel confident about my purchase that I know I wouldn’t have if I bought online.
Went in yesterday with my husband so he could get a pair of Ray-Bans while we were on vacation. The store manager was working, and she was so helpful! She was better at helping him with styles than I was because everything looks good on him, haha and I even found myself a pair. She told us about a second pair promotion so we got them both at an amazing price. Plus, she shined my cheapo $12 sunglasses and tightened the arms for me! She didn't have to do that, but she took special care of all our shades, which made me feel like a million bucks. Five stars.
Arrived Saturday at 12pm then 1pm and store was closed... google says the store was open since 11am. They should update the website so ppl don’t waste their time. I was supposed be picking up sunglasses that shipped to the store and never got a call from anybody to come pick them up. The only days I can go to the store is on a weekends and they are closed even though the website says open... pretty frustrating. Also don’t bother calling customer service they will just offer to issue a return. They can’t do anything for you.
Overall good experience. They sales person was very nice and patient. When asked if there was a new pair she would go ahead and check. Also found a pair with a scratch so she was quick to take them down and replace them.
I was profiled and asked to leave. It was my first time at a SG hut. The security is just enabling this worker because they didn’t give me a reason. My only idea of why this happened was because I set a bag down and two glass bottles were inside and just made a light noise. 7-8-18 530pm Edit: I had a great experience at the Washington square location. This mall has power hungry security that take orders from workers with no reasoning or logic.
Great selection and stock is kept very clean and organized, location is at the ground floor of the mall. Nathan is spot on at helping you choose the right frame for your face. I love my Ray-Bans!
Terrific service above and beyond, Cannot say enough good things about the Pioneer Pl., Sunglass hut, it's manager and staff were extraordinary.
These guys are amazing!!!! My Raybans were a little messed up!!! They fixed them no charge in less than 2/minutes!!!
