Mica is a true pro. Friendly and informative without pushing you into anything. And he got me the Mahomes shades when no other store had them. 10/10 would recommend Mica at Zona !

I never leave reviews, but Mica did an outstanding job. Had several customers in the store while working by himself, but did a perfect job attending to each one, being friendly, and helping them best decide what they wanted to buy, while also diligently cleaning to adhere to COVID guidelines. It was clear he wanted to genuinely help customers find what's best for them and save them as much money as possible, too. He should definitely get a raise. Any company should be proud to have people like that.
The store in Zona Rosa has excellent customer service. He flawlessly attended to 3 customer groups at once, was very friendly and charming, and made you feel welcomed. Highly recommended. In and out very quickly. Just all around awesome. Spotlessly clean store.
Sarah at the Zona Rosa Sunglass Hut provided excellent customer service! Sarah didn’t try selling me a pair of glasses, Sarah helped me find a pair of glasses! Which is far more appreciated!
My husband and I were just in the store to purchase a new pair of sunglasses for myself and the staff was very friendly and very helpful, we will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

Great spot to buy sunglasses. Brook was very helpful and friendly great customer service. Helped me pick out a pair of Oakley’s. Was in and out pretty fast. Only thing negative is they don’t have apple pay set up. Definitely would be going back for my next pair of sunglasses.
Love sunglass hut. Recently got me a new pair of coach glasses. Although expensive kinda, they r great. This store has excellent customer services as well.
