Town Center always provides exceptional sales and service. They are always well staffed and have a great selection. Today, even with a busy store, they nicely replaced a difficult to find nose piece for me. My husband had a great experience purchasing new Oakleys thanks to the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Sales staff was welcoming and immediately engaged to ask what brought me into the store today. I was looking to purchase a pair of Oakleys for my 11 year old son for baseball. We already knew what we pretty much wanted so they allowed him to try on pairs without too much assistance which was appreciated. When we decided on final pair, salesperson was very friendly and engaging with my 11 year old asking him questions about baseball and his team and she was very kind to interact like that with him. I have been in many other stores and they aren’t as kid friendly as what we experienced. Salesperson was also very helpful in explaining policies including the insurance they recommend which I choose to purchase after her in-depth explanation. Overall a very good experience at the Leawood, KS location.
I had 2 pair of Ray Ban sunglasses in need of repair I wasn't sure if the lady could help me, but to my surprise she did an excellent job repairing them. I was so excited! Thank you

The young lady who “helped” me just now was very snarky. When I told her we had an order and our last name, she said, “No first name?” When I shared the first name, she still couldn’t find the order. After confirming we received a call, she snapped, “Ten days ago!” We have spent a lot at this company and everyone appreciates common courtesy. Please teach your employees the importance of customer service?
Town Center Sunglass Hut is by far the best place to purchase your first set of sunglasses or add a few more to your collection. The staff are friendly,knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful in assisting you find the perfect Sunglass, I’m not just posting this because I work there,it’s true.
Katrial and the staff at this location was amazing! They are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had to get my sunglasses repaired and then helped me find a new pair. She was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Katrial!
I had previously been told that in order to replace some lenses that I would have to order myself. Serena offered to check and informed me she could do it for me which she did. Sooo happy b/c I was having no luck on my own.
Wow I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The ladies working there were cheery, listened to what I was looking for, and patiently and enthusiastically found me multiple options to pick from. They collaborated very well together go through their inventory. It was like shopping with friends. My husband was with me to buy them as a gift, and he was very happy about the experience too. By contrast, we had started at the Macy’s SGH but unfortunately they were inattentive and flat out rude when we asked for help and info about their merch. I won’t bother to start at Macy’s again for sunglasses. The Town Center storefront is awesome! Thank you ladies!
I felt so appreciated at this location, had a super helpful member Simone, fixed my Oakleys they were bent a little and helped order more. But the smile..yea awesome lol!
