Great sales rep. Low pressure. Putting a film on your windows if they are new does void the window warranty however SunGlo does have a replacement warranty that is fairly good.

I had film installed in two bedrooms to cut out the street lights. The film didn’t work as intended, and the only solution I was offered was to install different film and paying for it. The manager/owner never called after I asked to speak to someone. Dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service.
