#1- bribing clients for a 5 star review is not cool. This means no one can trust any 5 star review. #2- I’ve never had a less welcoming welcome. They actually discussed in front of me on who was going to “handle” me. Also had a young child at the front desk who was also wandering around the spa on her tablet. She was a good kid, but not a very professional/relaxing environment. Probably should have had her in the office. #3- Lackluster massage and she had a very weird draping method I’ve never seen any other massage therapist use. She was also late because she got her dates mixed up and was very flustered. She then spent an hour “petting” me after asking me what firmness I wanted. I asked for medium to deep pressure. My neck tightness is still there. #4- Detox body wrap was nice as was the esthetician. I do recommend. #5- Snack was decent but she only gave me 10 mins to eat it- and actually said that. Felt like I had to wolf it down or waste it. #6- Sauna was nice. I needed a little bit more explanation on what you do having never used a private infrared sauna but it was clean and felt good. #7- I was made to say the tip amount out loud in front of staff and another guest and was not able to even see the total until after she ran my card. I always tip well because I received a service and the tip goes to the person, but the spa needs to change the checkout process asap. Cringe! All in all it was a subpar experience and I will not be back. Check out Spa on Penn; it was 1000x better.

Great local spa and staff. Staff was attentive, genuine, and helpful. Enjoyed a 60min couples massage which was great. Parking can sometimes be tough if they are busy and other business are busy in the area. Being a first timer at the spa I was unaware about the waiting area once they walk you back. A little weird waiting area with all clients sitting in robes waiting for the appointments. In my opinion would want something more intentional if I am there for a couple massage waiting. Overall 5 out of 5 service, experience, and staff

I did not feel bribed AT ALL to leave this review, so I am going to be 100% honest. I had the most AMAZING deep tissue massage today with Lisa! I have had many many deep tissue massages before but this one was by far the most relaxing and rejuvenating massage experience I’ve ever had. I NEVER leave reviews but I had to after Lisa worked her magic on me. The staff was so kind and helpful and I walked out of there feeling OTHERWORLDLY I am so looking forward to going back for a facial soon!

A great place to relax after a rough day. It had been a while since my last massage, but Crystal was great, and I got the deep tissue massage that I clearly needed, because I left feeling brand new. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I'll be back!

I always have the best experience here! I leave feeling revived and refreshed. Kim always does my facials and over time my skin has improved so much. She’s the best!

Exactly what you would expect out of a good spa salon. Everything from friendly staff to cozy blankets and robes makes you feel welcomed. Total escape package was amazing. Massage was done by Amanda and facial was done by Brianne. I would highly recommend both! Will be returning in the future.

I had an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend. This was our first time ever at any spa. We had a 90 minute couples massage. I had Kayla and my husband had Kahleah, they are amazing and would definitely recommend them. Looked around for best price, set up, reviews, etc and this was the BEST. It definitely did not disappoint even though it took a few weeks to get in. I wish insurance paid for massages for chronic pain conditions because if so I would be back as much as I could. That was the best I have felt after any treatments I have ever had. I will definitely be back in the future just wish it would be sonner than my pocket will let me. Thank you so much.

My wife took some of our girls for a spa day for a birthday celebration. They had facials, massages, and snacks. Everyone at Sunlighten Day Spa was amazing and treated them with great service. My wife has been there before and will continue to bring other friends/family. Thanks!

I’ve been out like three or four times and I absolutely love this place! Amanda is always so good at what she does, so professional and just so relaxing. I can’t wait to book my next massage.
