Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce

Apparently this Chamber of Commerce in the City of Sunnyvale is not for use of Sunnyvale residents.. It is only for the businesses in the city of Sunnyvale. The person manning this office gave me a cool reception as she determined because I was casually dressed. Only after I stated I was looking for information to give new residents in our Senior Mobil Park, did she leave her desk & lunch to say she only had Sunnyvale City Maps, did I want them? She gave me a packet of maps. She did not know where relocated residents might get packets to be informed about Sunnyvale. 2006 was the last time she can recall City Hall may be able to help. I asked about public transportation & trains, she said the library may have some. Fortunately, I have been here since 1998 from the Midwest where helping new residents to a new community is still a needed skill. That new resident encounter couldn't have been her first since most Chamber of Commerce I have come across are for new residents & tourists which can be one in the same.
