I don't know how to properly give my opinion. But I will say that I asked for help for rent for the first time in September 2022 when I lost my job and they did NOT helped me at a difficult moment in my life. The case worker's name is Sandra. In January 2023, I called again and Sandra picks up the phone again. Unfortunately, Sandra does not know how to perform her duties in her order. The first time in September, I said nothing, I thought maybe she was busy so she forgot to call me. The second time when I talked on the phone, she will briefly say that I am not supposed to receive financial assistance because I do not have a current job, but in order for me to receive it, I need to have a job and the salary should be the same as the rent 2,295$/month And if I have a job, why should I ask for help then? And in quotation marks Sandra will say such rules, but I do not like to believe in words that are without evidence on paper. I decided to talk to her supervisor Kisha and she also didn't pick up the phone many times and didn't call back after leaving voice messages even after a week. I think Sandra could tell her supervisor to call me as soon as she can. Employees do not perform their duties competently and they need pressure from above so that people like me do not suffer in the future who will have a difficult situation in the family. The people here do essential work for the community.

A great place to obtain resources especially for families in need. I stop by at least once or twice a week and want to give kudos to those who always help me which include but are not limited to: Carlos, Chris, Cody, Terri, amd others who are always very kind and compassionate and go out of their way to provide the essentials for families day in and day out. They're all doing amazing work on there. God bless them all.

It's the spring of 2022 and these people are not accepting food donations or even letting you open the door for fear of COVID. The people who run this city are mad. I took my donation to the nearby Living Rock Church and they gladly accepted.

Good people, but food distribution logistics leave much to be desired, especially for those of us with special dietary needs, e.g., vegetarians. It's really irritating when I ask for vegetarian foods and receive tuna, canned chicken, etc. I also dislike their "drive through" method. In addition, there is too much red tape.
